The worst KFC I have ever had. I ordered original and all of the pieces were overcooked and dried out. I will never go their again!!
Diner now closed for pick up orders... so I proceeded to go through the drive through. This is no exaggeration, a waited 35-40 minutes picking up my food. May never order from here again under those conditions. FOOD WAS FRESH.
My youngest comes from school stating it’s KFC night. I have not been to this Owasso location in a while. I miss the grilled chicken but I would say the taste on the original or crispy still wins.
Food was good but got take out and there was so much Nashville hot sauce on my chicken legs that it was literally running out of the box and bag stained my driver's seat. I mean really it's a card board box it's not meant to hold liquid.
Terrible. Food poisoning. Rude employees. That female manager is an absolute monster to the employees and yells at them in front of customers when they've done nothing wrong. This place has really gone downhill. I don't recommend eating here.
Food is always fresh, but the service is pretty slow.
So walking into your establishment today. Only to be told. Not serving customers in the dining room " Only Drive thru".. Ya, why? The door is open. There is nobody in the "drive thru". There is nobody here at all. You could have said. Can I get that to go for you? No, you say. " Only serving the drive thru. The man walking in behind me says. My truck isn't fitting through your "drive thru"... Hope you served him better than you did me. So disrespectful. I don't care what the problem is. Glad KFC Owasso makes so much money your employees can just turn customers away! Keep earning those bad reviews!
Stopped in about 6:15 on a weekday. After waiting in the drive thru for awhile I ordered a 12 piece meal and was told to hold on while they checked their chicken situation. They came back and said we can only fill that order with white meat chicken only. The sign says they close a 7 due to staff shortage but guess it should be 6?Better yet just close this location permanently.Thanks
I love those $5 fill up bowls but what I don't like are lazy employees who hate their lives and take it out on the customers
Absolutely nasty. I ordered 16 piece meal with 12 piece tenders. It was all old ck was dried up Mac was clumped together. $ 57.00 Don't eat here. Rude manager.
