An irate man was leaving as we came in and said we would have to wait 45 minutes for food. Apparently he had been rude and impatient. The staff (waitress Pamela Parker) was doing their best, but he left anyway. His food came out shortly after he left. So the manager Chloe Wadley let us have the food they ordered so we didn't have to decide or wait. Being patient and kind pays off sometimes.
I am sorry. I am not one to typically leave reviews, but IHOP in Owasso has really chapped my hide today. First, let me give you some back story. Last time we ordered online and they didn't add in the cheesecake or chocolate chip toppings for either pancakes. I didn't check until I got home, which is my fault, but I had to make what I consider an unnecessary trip back to the restaurant. They fixed it and it was good.Fast forward to today. We order curbside pick up. I get a text to inform them that I am on my way and even check in when I am in the parking spot. Then I wait. After 10 minutes, I phone in and the young lady tells me that she will inform them I am here. Then I wait. After ten more minutes, I go inside, which is the exact opposite of what I was going for. Why do they offer curbside if it is not going to be delivered curbside to your car. I go inside where they inform me they just started curbside, which is a false statement, since it has been offered for at least the year or more we have been ordering online. The food has been sitting there and is cold now, but I have a microwave and can handle this. With the fiasco from last time, I check the pancakes. Chocolate. Check. But no cheesecake bites on the others. Ok. I ask for the fix and they go into fix it. I wait patiently while my other food continues to get colder. But at least I am leaving with the correct order, right? Wrong. We have ordered the same pancakes several times and not once have they ever put the strawberries on top and not on the side. The manager comped our meal, which was nice since I wasn't asking for that, but proceeded to tell me that they always put the strawberries on top. Anyway, I suppose we won't be going back anytime soon. Disappointing.

Callie is awesome! We love her and her attentive service......We enjoyed a few great visits. Then today we came we were told we could no longer get the GF pancakes with the all you can eat, even though we had them each time previously. Our eggs were cold, like ice not cold like room temperature. The burger came out wrong. We had to get up to ask for more drinks.
This by far was the WORST night to come in. It took FOREVER to get our food- about an hour- then we ate it in less than 10 mins- then the tickets she did every one separate then handed us the stack and left the table. Granted she was the only one seating everyone and raising orders - but she had an airpod in her ear the whole time (which is against health code rules) and was very slow and not attentive. Ya prolly won’t be back in a while . Very dissatisfied-
Food arrived at table cold. Bacon was burnt eggs were undercooked. Hash browns were good but would have been better warm and service was subpar at best. This was very disappointing because in the past this was a really good place to stop and eat.
There was a short waiting time. But plenty of help, food was out in a short period of time. Servers were friendly and efficient!
The food was fine but the server was really rushing us. He brought out our check about fifteen minutes after our food, and I had to ask a random worker for a refill because he didn't come back to the table.Overall 6/10

Really slow and forgetful service. I couldn’t get a refill without stopping someone random because we couldn’t find out server. The food was cold and the sausage tasted like it was sour also. Several (three) orders were wrong too. Very sad. IHOP used to be awesome.
