Although we have had a few small "misses", mostly because of a lack of available drivers, our food from here has been great. Some orders are a little better than others, but we think of all the pizza delivery available here in Owasso, Domino's is the best. We especially love the BBQ chicken and garlic knots, and my husband loves the wings. The chicken never disappoints! Thanks for a great job throughout the pandemic - you're awesome. We appreciate what you do.
Ordered pizza online tonight. Got notification that driver left at 5:42, at 6:06, I called to ask where the pizza was. We live less than 15 minutes away. I was told the driver was on a double and would be here soon. No apology, no anything. I am a manager at a restaurant.Not good customer service or any kind of follow thru with an unhappy guest, that orders from you regularly and tips well. Guess I am looking for a new pizza place. Your business is doing better than most if this is how you take care of your guests. Pizza finally arrived at 6:23...40 minutes.
They made me wait 20 minutes for them to remake something that my order didnt need because 3 or more of their staff couldn't read the ticket and the boxes correctly. My food was ready the entire time... they truly have a nice staff but this was a bit rediculous considering how many of them read the ticket then read the boxes in front of them and still made me wait for no reason. Hopfully they can just learn to slow down and read the tickets and boxes accurately even in the midst of a rush.
Absolutely terrible customer service. I am a pretty easy going person and don’t usually comment, but too terrible not to. Never going back.
Shout out to Gabrielle and Alexander, they deserve praises and raises!We never had time to eat all day, got out of work late, had nothing to eat at home, and everything was already closed or about to close. Seriously, they saved the day. I can’t thank them enough for making us dinner this late and delivering it in the rain! Domino’s definitely just made some repeat customers because of tonight. (But we’ll be ordering much earlier of course, haha)We really do appreciate it more than you know.
Fast service, I eat here multiple times a month. I work close to it and everything I order it in the app I can't get there fast enough 8t is always waiting fresh hot and cheesy by the time I arrive.
Super delicious food tonight. Delivery driver was polite and ahead of schedule, food was spot on and probably the best pizza I have had from this owasso location. Great job and give john the delivery driver tonight 1-8-22 a fat raise.
Love this location. They get our order correct most of the time, but if they do happen to make a mistake they are very prompt and courteous to fix it! Always had good experiences here.
The people were rude and wouldn't being my pizza out to the car. Worst service I've ever had. Went in and my pizza had been sitting there. I heard their new manager was awful. I hope that's not the case cause I would hate to stop getting my pizza from Domino's
I ordered our lunch for delivery at 2:15Our order arrived at 2:33. Our driver was rude and unprofessional. We got our lunch not only late but undercooked and that is a huge disappointment. I've always been a domino's fan but I'm bout to switch to mazzios. Our remake is also going to take 55 mins....remakes should be the first out the door but apparently that doesn't apply to this dominos
