We just got done "eating" in Owassos cracker barrel. Service was absolutely horrible, seriously the worst service I've ever had. Not only was the service terrible, the only edible part of our breakfast was the eggs. When I needed a refill the waitress gave me a 1/4 cup, so I left it and it was 10 minutes atleast before she came back and gave me another 1/4 ?.We had to ask multiple times for silverware, (the silverware finally got delivered to us AFTER our food had been delivered) sugar, creamer, coffee. I had to stir my coffee with a straw. The biscuits tasted sour. It was just a bad experience, we talked to a manager and they compensated our meal after seeing some food over cooked and some undercooked.
Lately this is one of my son's favorite places to go and he asked to go today so of course I said yes, who turns down an invite to Cracker Barrel?! My son is 6 years old and on the spectrum with delayed development. When we got to the CB he suddenly became disregulated, as happens with autism. He was extremely upset, yelling and crying. The manager and staff were incredibly understanding and accommodating, so much that it brought me to tears. The service and food were amazing as always! Thank you so much!!! I think over all he was just incredibly hangry!

A large group of us met. We were given a large round table. It was perfect for us to visit together. Our food was good. Our waitress was extremely good. She took good care of each one of us. It was a fantastic time for us all and we plan to repeat the experience!!
We used breakfast for lunch and the pancakes were the best I've ever had. The eggs were really good and so was the bacon. The place is loud. Good value for the money.
Very neat giftshop with lots of good ideas for gifts. The staff were very nice! I've eaten there before too and they had fresh food. Very good pancakes!
Wait time for 6 was not long as we arrived before church crowds. Waiters were polite and food was good. I hate however when going out to eat and they don't bring all our parties food at the same time. It is difficult to explain to children why they have to wait an additional 10 minutes for there food, and others have an awkward choice to make, be polite and wait for them to receive their food, or be rude and eat your before it gets cold.Very frustrating ?
My husband ordered the Hamburger Steak and it was very small. Not much to it. I ordered the Southern Fried Chicken and it came dripping with grease. This was the first time eating at this location.
The food and service was excellent. Made our Christmas dinner wonderful.
