food was decent, service was better than other places
Customer service was great, pizza was good and they had it out pretty quick.. The seat i was in wasn't fluffy friendly. Drink selection seemed minimal

This food was fresh. The place was clean, the staff did their job, but the atmosphere wasn't very friendly.
Food was great, it was fresh and everything. However, they have done away with Tokens and replaced them with 'game cards'. The minimum you can load is 20 dollars, which is way too much. Our experience was ruined as my older cousin, little cousin, and I could not play games.
This place is a real bummer. They get good shift supervisors ever so often but I guess they never stay long. So you regularly end up with less than pleasant people to interact with. The pizza was decent for the price, before they increased. Now I don't think it's worth it, especially not for the customer service you get.Sometimes it's an easy go-to, but I go to Domino's now to avoid them because they are more pleasant.
Perfect place for the family. The buffet has a good section and you can ask for anything you want and they will make it for you. They’re very quick to get requests out.They have gloves and hand sanitizer available on the buffet for customers as an additional COVID protocol.They have an arcade to entertain the kids as well and the games aren’t ridiculously expensive. The last time we went the prize kiosk was out of order but has worked every other time we were there. We just saved our tickets for the next trip!
I took my 2 year old to eat and none of the high chairs had been cleaned so I asked the cashier if she would mind cleaning one for my daughter. I’ve had to do this at other locations before as it seems to be common practice not to clean their high chairs but staff has always been more than happy to clean one for my daughter. She instead handed me a dirty rag with pizza sauce on it.
There were to many people standing around in the back just talking, the food was maybe a few pieces of pizza on the buffet, and it was cold. Let's talk about the stinky table and floor also dirty tables. It used to be a good place to go for a quick bite to eat. And it's a place to get sick to your stomach more ways than one, bc I was sick for two days for eating there.
Manager was the worst they had a lot of half eaten pizzas on there trays I think that this is unsafe and a little weird.
