I ordered through the drive through and I had to wait atleast 15 minutes for my order even though they told me that it would be a 5 minute wait. That was fine with me. The problem that I had with this place was the fact that they gave my order to another vehicle and walked way. When they brought out his corrected order, the lady (MANAGER) proceeded to bring the order that they had previously left with the vehicle behind me to my car. She seem to be surprised when I refused to take it. She said, "we gave him your order by mistake so here you go". Keep in mind that it took them 4 minutes to replace his order and he had "my order" in his vehicle for the entire time. I told her that I don't know what he may have done to my order. And she "explained" that they just swapped the orders. I just shook my head and said give me back my money. I will never go back here again.
Advertise shrimp, don't have shrimp, ask for ONE extra tender in place of the 3 unavailable but advertised pieces of shrimp for a combo, the answer was "nope". I'll never ever EVER eat churches in owasso again. Ever. I would suggest you don't either. Just lost a couple hundred a year in revenue for a .25 piece of chicken. This place will be closed again soon. The operators and managers are amateurish

I visit this store a lot and I've always had GREAT service until tonight. The drive thru worker was the most rudest person I've ever encountered. She acted as though I was a bother. I really felt like I shouldn't have even come order food. As long as she is here I won't be back.

I usually like church's chicken so I thought I would stop at this location in Owasso it was close to lunchtime and there was no one there or anywhere but I went ahead and took a chance.. So their dining room is still closed for some reason after all this time from covid. I went ahead and went to the drive-through and ordered the 5 piece chicken strip went up to the window and paid for it they said they were cooking my fries fresh and for some reason they had me pull around the other side of the building to the double doors doors. There was no one behind me there was no 1 ordering there was no reason to have to go to the double doors while they cooked the fries. So I go to the double doors wait for the food it comes out she hands me the bag and walks back in and lock the doors I drive across the street to the gas station to eat and at the window I told her barbecue and ketchup So I get to enjoy cold chicken, hot fries and no ketchup and no barbecue. That's aggravating. The only reason they got a second star is because the fries were warm. There will be no need for me to ever come here again. And don't let the pictures follow you about the chicken. They're tiny
