Unfortunately as I’ve read other complaints about this particular Chick-fil-A I am in agreement with the service and the attitude of the people inside especially. We got shorted on our waffle fries through the drive-through. We went into ask to get more fries we were told that was the normal amount of fries. There was enough room in the container to put at least 4 to 5 more fries. We ask for more fries and when the young man took them over to talk to the person behind the counter they all turned around and looked at us like what are you asking for? Do you think you’re special? They begin to complain about us complaining and I ask for a manager and was told that the managers were in a meeting. I did ask for someone next in line and a young lady came over and said she was sorry for the issue. But the rest of the the servers over behind the counter that had Chick-fil-A on their shirts we’re not so apologetic. We received our fries and I did not look at our order until I got in the car and we had less fries than what we came in with. I will not come back to this place until there’s change in management because the employees in my opinion represent what management is. I know because we are in the restaurant business.
I absolutely love Chick-Fil-A. That being said, this location needs a member of corporate to secret shop.The staff in the evening is very nice, very fast, but very young. Teenage behavior is to be expected, but there is a great amount of unprofessionalism shown at this location. Not staff wide, but a few bad apples may influence the crew.Other than some behavioral adjustments, another great branch!**EDIT**I changed my review because the service has gotten worse over the past few weeks.
This is the worst Chick-Fil-A location I have been to, & I've been to many as this is my favorite food chain. I am SUPER bummed this is the location that is now closest to my home after moving to Owasso from South Tulsa.The food quality is inconsistent, the wait time is inconsistent, getting the correct order is rare, the only thing that is consistent about this restaurant is the rude staff. I feel like a burden from the moment I walk in. The cashier actually rolled her eyes at me when I came back to the counter for the brownie we ordered & the sauce we requested.Actually considering the drive ro Cleremore for decent service.
I just received some of the worst service from this location. I walk in with my 3 children before 10am to get breakfast, and immediately other CFA employees who were off the clock cut in front of me. I’m sorry, not acceptable with the culture that I know well from CFA. Because of the line, it’s literally 10am when I’m ordering and they say I can’t order breakfast but that go ahead and allow the people next to me who order who walked up after me. While i was waiting, the staff behind the counter and putting together orders were so unprofessional. Some looked like they were working, others didn’t. Those same other CFA employees who were off the clock are hanging around, again contributing to the unprofessional environment. You only have one car line available during a very busy time. Just not the level of service that I expect from CFA. No manager in sight or anyone working who seemed like they were a team lead.
Worst chick-fil-a ever! Thought it was a fluke but I’ve been here a few times in the past couple of months and it’s a cluster. There’s better order accuracy at McDonalds.
I’m a Signature Member, so that tells you how much my family enjoys Chick-fil-A, and mostly in Owasso over the last decade plus. However, I have growing concerns, but can only speak to the Owasso locale. While I always find the entire staff and service to be excellent and unwavering, the food quality and portions have been a great disappointment the last 3 visits. I get the increased costs, but that becomes a greater concern only when food quality and portions go way, way down as they have. Just today, as only one example, the waffle fries were few, cold, and mostly small pieces and crumbs. Must have gotten the bottom of the basket. I tried the new bbq grilled chicken sandwich. Literally, it was the smallest chicken breast on any sandwich I have ever bought anywhere in my long life. Quality and portions are increasingly disappointing. I will decrease my visits to this establishment at this point.
This place is the absolute worst chick-fil-a in America. The order taker was friendly but I could have gone through the McDonald’s dive thru about 12 times by the time they took our order. In total it took us 21 and a half minutes. I used to work at a Chick-fil-A for 5 years so I know how the system works and this is unacceptable for a Chick-fil-A. Very slow service, would not recommend
Even though the drive through is always a cluster you'll still get your food 10 times faster then dining in.Watch the line of them drive by while you are ignored at your table for 30 minutes to get a sandwich.
Good food and fast service. They are very inconsistent about giving sauce, even if specifically requested.
Every time me or my wife visit the Owasso chick-fil-a to order food they screw everything up on the order…order a large meal with a root beer and they hand you a medium meal with a sweet tea? how the hell do you hear what was ordered and get that!? This has literally happened the last 4-5 times we have been there.
