The other reviews that gave them 1/5 stars probably just got lucky with bad service. Every time I go there they are incredibly speedy with my order. It’s impressive. I love the service of quality here. They always treat me good and again.. the speedy quick service is why I love it here. And their quality of food is fantastic.
Good food! But I love my sauces....I'll even pay extra for sauce...but could have put that little note up (about paying extra for sauce) BEFORE.... I got to the cash out window
The service is so friendly and knowledgeable. They are young but they have great customer service skills, really appreciate the current team!! The fried chicken and chunks are really good as well as the potato salad and rolls. Not a fan of the rotisserie, Mac and cheese or macaroni salad but honestly the service makes this place more than worth anything that isn't super yummy!
Love this place, workers and the managers are fantastic! I come here for lunch at least once a week and they are great, even when busy they are so kind and fast to get you what you need! Thank you guys.
Young man last night in the drive through was very polite and courteous. After handing me my food he asked and made sure that I was all set and told me to have a great night. Always feel welcomed here!

Thank you guys for being so amazing! I came in about 4:30pm to pick up dinner & was greeted & waited on by MULTIPLE young people with outstanding customer service and friendly smiles! I ran to the restroom (this is where I left my wallet) while my okra cooked, came out grabbed my drink, food & headed out the door. At 5:05pm I got a FB message that my wallet was found in the restroom & would be kept in the safe until I got there. I drove back to grab it & was again greeted with manners, smiles & excellent customer service. I seriously came in contact with around 8 staff, and I could not tell you which one was more friendly & kind than the next! Outstanding job on being such a great TEAM & Thank You for tracking me down and getting my wallet back to me. God Bless & Merry Christmas
Two words, Poor Management. Treat others, even teenage employees, like you want to be treated, that's how a business thrives or dies. It's very unprofessional for a manager, adult especially, to degrade to an employee about other employees. And then, the manager "C" doesn't want to pay them for work completed. Also, they expect sick employees to work, there is no way I would recommend anyone to work or eat at this establishment.
There's a lot of chicken places in Owasso. Charlie's is definitely one of the best. They don't do chicken strips, they do chicken chunks. I thought this was weird until I went there for the first time. The name is accurate and it's served really well. Has a homemade taste to it that's different than anywhere else in town. They make their own sauces, which are all great and they offer gravy; something not many other places do.Chicken was greatCorn fritters were goodBaked beans were goodUnfortunately the Mac and cheese is a pass. Wasn't flavorful and was watery. :-(Definitely recommend trying Charlie's.
My family of 13 was celebrating my uncles 82nd Birthday on 12-11-21, They only had 2 drumsticks available so I was quite upset that there wouldn't be enough for everyone who wanted drumsticks, the staff cared enough to make sure everyone left with a positive experience, so they cooked several more birds & brought some more drumsticks out to us, so everyone ended up getting exactly what they wanted, the food was delicious, the best chicken I have had anywhere & I noticed the staff was very conscientious about cleanliness, one of the staff even offered to take a group picture so everyone could be in the picture, well played charlies chicken, myself & my family very much appreciate the staff taking good care of us & we definitely will be back again !
