I really like Carl's Jr but this location is hit and miss. Most of the time they will forget an item, or not fulfill a special order properly, the speed of service takes longer than i have experienced before. The food always taste pretty good but i have received cold fries from this place i think because of them sitting remind the rest of the order is being made.
I would give zero stars if I could. I haven’t eaten here in probably 5 years and will never eat here again. There was one other car in the drive thru when we arrived around 9:30pm, and we were asked to park in the parking lot and they would bring our food out. After waiting for 25 minutes, they brought our food out and made the burger wrong. We spent a total of 30 minutes waiting for 3 menu items. I understand being short staffed but there was one car who ordered before us and we still waited 25 minutes to receive our food, and it being made wrong was the cherry on top. I definitely don’t recommend!!!!
Carls Jr has always been a hit or miss at this location. Last Friday we finally decided that we will no longer be going to this store. The cashier at the drive threw refused to answer the intercom after we said we needed a minute to decide. The line behind us built up four cars behind us before she decided to answer and take our order. I had to repeat myself many times. We had to wait 10 minutes to get our food. They didn’t give us the extra items we requested on our burgers. They forgot my chicken stars in one of my meals and all the fries were soggy. We had to pull around and actually go in the store because the attendant didn’t know what to do about the missing items. When I went in they gave me horrible customer service while remaking food for me.

The staff leader believe her name is Shanna, extremely rude & seems bias towards employees will not be returning was a uncomfortable experience.
They don't listen all they said is okay and give you the wrong order. the burger was dry. And nasty, Customer service sucks. I was rushed at the drive thur to place my order.
Drive thru and Manager are very rude and inconsiderate! I will not be back! They could use a good attitude adjustment!
terrible customer service, the employees never want to answer menu questions and if they do, they sound annoyed with me. and never package anything nearly, its always a sloppy mess
Fresh burgers,fries, and the server was so nice..Halloween night! Costumes and all we headed for a burger- and it didn't disappoint anyone that had it!
Was very disappointing this time!! We tried the new hot honey chicken sandwich. It was awful.
