you have TWO people running the store it took almost an HOUR!!!! To get our food and even then half of it was wrong! if you have TWO people working close the store down for the day until you can get enough staff! I'm beyond disappointed and its not even at the staff working I'm disappointed at management and the owner for even allowing this. I will NOT be back.
Unfortunately...after our third attempt to eat dinner from there...couldn't get anyone to answer at the drive thru the first couple of times...they gave us fish when we ordered chicken dinners and a lobster roll combo dinner. You would have thought they would wonder why we asked for honey mustard and bbq sauce with it! Not to mention the cashier acted kind of irritated when we asked for our drink that came with the lobster roll combo. My son wouldn't eat and my husband got frustrated ...its unfortunate. For a almost 30$ meal...it was disappointing.
I Called in an oder to pick up on my break, when I got there the door were locked due to co-vid restrictions, so I waited my turn in line.When I got to the menu to order I told them I had a call in, they instructed me to pull up,eventually I got to the window where I payed and then was instructed to pull up and some one would bring it out. After 30 min I called and asked if there was a problem and that I had been waiting longer than the 10 cars that came behind me,with no explanation they said it would be right out 15 more minutes later I was brought my order, an hour in total and oh yeah it was cold....I lost a bonus at my job and got wrote up for being late. Thanks captain Ds I'll never be back.my story was pulled off Google review and changed to blank some time the past year.The food is usually acceptable but never Fast if you are in a hurry Don't bother calling it in its to complicated for the staff.
I live in skiatook and was wanting captain d so bad I drove all the way to owasso to get it. When I ordered the girl working the window was very rude she could not get our order right no matter how many time I repeated it . The girl said people like us is the reason they don't open their lobby anymore. I was so furious I left and drove all the way to admiral to get my dinner. I will never go to owasso again I only gave it one star because I had to to be able to comment they lost a 100$ order that day
Very hot and fresh food. Service was a little slow, due to not enough staff.
The food was excellent and the drive thru was great. Quick service, hot fresh food. Nothing tasted old. The only disappointment was the dining room was closed.
Place was really packed food came out pretty quick. Young man who claimed to be the owners son was very friendly. Rest of the staff was also friendly
They do have good fish and shrimp. I prefer country style I do not like heavy batter with crumbles. Steamed broccoli and green beans are very good.
The dining room was open for lunch and the food was hot and delicious! This location is always clean and the people are always friendly unlike other locations we've been to in the past.
Food is good they where extremely busy and was rocking it with only 3 people. I don't know who the crew was but they all deserve a raise ir bonus
