The food used to be so good here. Now, it's awful, at least the take out is awful. The last time I dined in, the food was decent. The chicken was dry, yet fatty and gristled and cold. The dry rubs aren't even up to par with a McDonald's nugget. Yet, they have no problem charging a premium for their food. Maybe it's just this store. I know that often poor management at one chain drags down the food and service quality, while good management at another chain retains quality. Something needs to change here at the Owasso location. Takeout is terrible.

Consistent in food and atmosphere. Now only to try and keep all the workers off their phones so service can improve. The bartender was good but the host didn't even see us walk in until we were half past the host stand.
I have been a fan of BW's since 1996, but this location constantly disappoints me, the service is lacking and the food is 50% ok every time. I stopped in after months of being disappointed the last time and simply asked for an order of 6 wings and a regular wedes with desert heat and melted cheese to go. I checked my order and the wedges did not have chees so I politely asked for the order to be made right. She brought it and i looked at it and it seemed ok. When I got home, I noticed that the wedges had so much desert heat seasoning on the that they were uneatable. The manager defended the kitchen saying he was there when they were made, when I said I would send a picture of them he clammed up. Better have low expectations for the Buffalo Wild Wings in Owasso. Thanks.
No I don’t want to waste anymore time. We ordered through door dash. The receipt read correctly but the food in the boxes were wrong. When I called to see if we could get the correct order we were told even though it was BWW’s fault that we had to take it up with Doordash. Doordash said we could get 10$ credit to a 15 dollar purchase. We were told we could come pick up the correct order. The reason we ordered through Doordash was due to sick kids, so we can’t get out. At the end of the day it falls on you all to make it right and nothing was done. We will no longer frequent this establishment.

my B Dubs is in Forsyth Illinois. the staff has switched over from friendly fun staff to a rude disrespectful staff. if your white forget about service unless you get a white server. I watch as the staff sits on phones all day while two or three employees do the work. Forsyth location is dirty abd is becoming a dive. if Forsyth was renovated to resemble Owasso Ok BDubs it would provide a better customer base and class . the sound glass would be great aswell. so impressed with staff and set up in Owasso. I visited 03/11/22 . bartender very friendly even when it got busy. all in all a great experience. here on personal visit. I will be back even put the illinois basket ball game on for me

i can honestly say they have the rudest discriminating manager named candi who treats all her employess except her own son and favorites like they are subordinate and ignorant and have a lack of training mechagnism.
This was a very good experience. I was taking a door dash order for the Amazon Fulfillment Center in Owasso and they did a great job with the order! They were so thorough.
