How can you not like a place that sells ice cream. They also have quick grocery items & fast food. Their A2 protein milk is the best, less stomach reactions for some. And the people are friendly & the places are clean.
Gave it 3 stars because I eat at this location quite often. But my last couple of visits have been unsatisfying. This last visit my chicken was old and dried out and the french fries definitely were not fresh! And they were busy that's the most crazy part of it all..
Very busy and the staff didn't seem to perform well under pressure. It was about 3pm and the store was very busy alone with the drive-thru. Decided to park and go in and place a to go order. Food came out pretty quickly all things considering. It took longer to get out of the stupid parking lot than it did to get our food.
Ice-cream is good but the behind the counter area was a disaster. Looked like a food fight happened and everyone working looked miserable. Thankfully the guy working the register washed his hands before scooping out my ice-cream.Despite how the place looked and the lack of customer service the ice-cream was good.I did feel bad for the guy in their market arrangement though. The store was so busy making everyone's food that the guy in the market had to ring up his own grocery items but still had to wait because he was getting bananas ? too and those are based on weight. Someone eventually came and checked the guy out the rest of the way. He was in a good mood despite everything.

If you love ice cream and burgers like I do. You can't go wrong at Braum's. Love the variety of flavors and great prices. As a great bonus the staff is always friendly and eager to serve you. Gotta love Braum's Vern lol!!!
I am here weekly for milk because it is the best ? in my opinion.
I usually don’t have any problems at Braums but today I found a long hair in my French fries and had to throw them away but at least I still had my bacon cheeseburger went an took a bite out of it just to find another long hair in my burger . ?? this is disgusting.
Love Braums ! Prefer this location over the 76th street location and it is closer to my house but feel this being newer they are like trash men
Braums always has ice cream with a more creamy texture than most other ice creams. Their fresh food market section is small. Their fast food is pretty decent as well.I like getting my ice cream from here. Sometimes getting the fast food really hits the spot.
