The shift manager working Saturday, May 28th around 5:30 was rude and could act like she loves her job. My order was called and as soon as she sat my food down she walked away so fast. I waited to get my missing sauce and she gave me such an attitude. Not my fault something was forgotten. Maybe you should wait there and make sure the customer is satisfied. I worked food before and it’s not that hard to have good customer service. And being rude to employees asking what the drive thru person was waiting for and he was missing fries. Again an attitude. Get it together ?
You know what they say, if you want for the best dairy products. Go to Braum's Vern lol. Great food, wonderful employees what's not to love.
The burgers are great, the ice cream too sweet for my taste.

I asked for no onions and this is what I get. I finally took a picture this time, because it's been happening every time. Yes the food is good when you PREPARE IT RIGHT! Fix the problem.
Great place! Went here after a competition, Noemi and the other staff treated us amazingly. Just an overall nice visit. 10/10 would go again if I'm nearby.
