Roz here; Wait staff always friendly and as prompt as can be (since covid). I eat breakfast here since cancer/in remission now, and I can order specifically, bc I don't like wasting food I wouldn't eat anyways. They understand that. Food is delicious, but the wait staff and cashiers are extraordinary. I would give them ten stars. They deserve it. ?
Walked in to a full room of people/ customers. Only one waitress, Lea King, this amazing young woman waited on everyone without missing a beat. As far as I could tell no one was wanting for anything she was fast, efficient and very friendly. I will ask ask for her area when I return. Hopefully she will have help but she has great on her own.
Breakfast at Black Bear Diner was an excellent experience. Little bears danced on the curtains, and throughout the rooms.Newspaper printed menus sat on the table before us offering a feeling of times long forgotten. The food was delicious, portions plentiful, and prices good.And our server, Lea, was amazing!She accommodated over 40 adults in our party, and several children, without missing a beat! Our coffee cups were always kept full.No one left disappointed.Thank you staff and management.

Great place is you want some home cooking and comfort food. Staff was friendly and attentive and the food was good.
We came in on 3 20 2022 THERE WERE 14 of us we came in and had a memorial dinner we had a waiter named Jamie who I believe he went above and beyond anything he could've done we had at our table before we even had to ask for it we never waited on anything super good service fast service always checking back on us you all have a good one there keep him around we give Jamie 10 stars Thank you JAMIE
The food was good, the waitress was nice - however, the host (an elder gentleman) was rude & set our entire visit up for pure disappointment. He threw our menus on the table, came back and moved us to a different table and proceeded to throw our menus on the table again; Then tried to escape so quickly from us that he ran straight into my husband & didn’t apologize. Your host is the face of your establishment & you shouldn’t have a grumpy, rude person seating your guests.
This place is quickly becoming a weekend favorite for brunch! Great food and fabulous service... we'll be back!! ?
First time ever eating at this chain. This restaurant didn't disappoint. I was worried since there wasn't a lot of patrons when we arrived at 845pm. Very large portions.
Terrific avocado toast!!! Yum! Clean atmosphere!
