I got a cup of the Secret Admirer flavored ice cream and it was delicious, however my boyfriend decided to try the new Tiger Milk Tea and it was… disgusting. He promptly spit it out in the parking lot after taking a sip it was so bad. We both love boba tea and have had it from several different places, several different flavors and there has never been a problem. We both thought this Tiger Milk Tea was simply undrinkable. We went inside and told them as politely as possible that we thought it was so gross, and although the man who seemed to be a manager was apologetic, he refused a refund and said the best he could do for us would be to make us something else, which we would have to pay for. My ice cream was good but the girl behind the counter putting her fingertips all over the sample spoons and trying to tell me that all of the flavors tasted the same so I would just order a flavor, and the horrible “milk tea” and unhelpful manager was more than enough for us to not come back again, which is a shame because we live very close by and this was our first visit. It will unfortunately be our last :(

Probably the best Baskin-Robbins I have been too I some time. Full order of flavors and the owner (at least I believe it was the owner) was the nicest person I have met in some time. Highly recommend!
Great drive thru and very friendly. Kinda slow but not unreasonable. Absolutely positively delicious ice cream. Worth the drive.
Oliva was really helpful and enthusiastic during our visit. Our kids really enjoyed the experience and staff present.
$4.00 for a single scoop if ice cream in a cone, I don't think so...
Zero stars!!!! My double dip ice cream cone alone was a ridiculous $7.16 I guess which is fine I agreed to pay but every isn't was the fact they put the wrong ice cream on it and gave me bubble gum which had frozen pieces of bubble gum in it couldn't even eat it so I called them & explained everything & they said they don't do refunds & I said no I just want what I ordered & even though I had just came in there half hour ago they had said they have no way of looking up my purchase & would have to have the ice cream back when ever I'm on my way to work & can't turn around & don't have time for them to be messing up.
The owners are very nice and friendly. I grew up with Baskin and it was always a treat when I was young. the taste has not changed and it is a definite treat to get. Icecream, milkshake, and they even have a bunch of icecream cake for special occassion or for those times you like to indulge.

Ordered a cake for pickup on a Sunday at 11 AM. Order was accepted. No phone call about pickup time needing altered to accommodate an hour change by this business. Online information states this store opens at 11 AM on Sunday. Get here to pick it up. Closed. Posted signs at location say they open at 12. Frustrating.
