I normally LOVE Baja Jacks, but these last few times the quality hasn’t been what it was previously. Found 2 large chunks of meat that weren’t edible, very hard and crunchy, that I had to spit out. Afterwards each bite was just rice, cheese, and tortilla. The burrito was also very greasy as it drenched my hands and was dripping from the burrito as well. Sad to say I’m disappointed this go round.
Easily one of the top mexican restaurants in the area regardless of price. They are local and are truly invested in the customer experience. They are a rare gem that deserves our patronage. Keep up the good work folks.
I love the food when they get the order right. I have received two togo orders that were wrong. The first one i didn’t say anything but the second time it happened I called. They asked me to email them and still nothing. Very poor customer service!!
Food is good. I enjoy the build your own burrito. Ingredients are fresh. Salsa bar is nice. Seating is limited, so this can be a challenge during busy times. Check the Google hours before coming. On a nice date the patio is a great place to sit and eat. The staff is always very friendly and efficient. Being across the street from a Target is also a plus. :)
Really good and fast food. The only complaint is the high prices, but you are getting pretty good food for the price. The salsa bar was prefilled cups due to Covid protocol, and was filled incorrectly so I thought I got mild salsa but it was actually the hottest salsa and it caused me to have a reaction and I couldn’t eat my food, but that was my fault for trusting the process and not testing it before eating. All in all it was fast service and pretty good food, at least what I did eat.
I think the food has a possibility of being really good at times but it's risky the nachos are always below expectations and recently as early as Sunday I ordered what I considered safe the calexico chicken burrito I've had a few times but this time it was like a garbage burrito everything but chicken so I want it the person in charge to know I have dying and this time was take out several times there's always no clean spoons for soup which I believe was the owner that demanded some be washed and brought one to me when he was there but I want to include a picture this burrito in the lack of chicken in it I found. Lots of mushroom green pepper yellow pepper red pepper lots of slimy stuff no rice no chicken.
I enjoyed the Tacos exept my fish taco. the fish was fried so hard it was too hard to chew and tasted overcooked. My husband enjoyed his Burrito. it was a good place overall.
Love this little shack of goodness. I drive 10 Miles just for a taco salad and time away from the craycray house of adult children and little children that call me grandma. Best in Owasso
Great local Burrito shop. They have build your own Burritos and a homemade salsa bar so you can get what you want exactly how you want it, but I think the standard menu items here get overlooked. They are all well balanced and thoughtfully put together. Start with the Carne Asada Burrito or the Pork Verde Burrito for a little taste of New Mexico. They also have the BEST Fish Taco's in Oklahoma. Even if you are in Tulsa, it is worth the drive to check this place out.
Cute, cheerful California type seaside theme place. There were three of us in our party. It's set like a fast food place. You order at the counter. That's where fast food feel stops. By the time we filled our soda cups, our food was at our table. The salsa bar is great. Better variety of salsas. Food was hot and done correctly. Will definitely return. If it's still the same, this review will be bumped a star.
