When we were seated the floor under the table was filthy from previous diners. Service was spotty and we had to ask for things because once served we were left on our own. If tYou order eggs order them a step up from what you really want...I er easy was almost raw. Biscuits and gravy are not homemade and the grits are instant. Portions are smaller compared to other similar establishments. We will probably stick to Cracker Barrel.
Really great breakfast and the service was just as great, love friendly servers who act like they really like their job.
Food, price and service were awesome. Brooke is great and right on top of making your experience worth the drive.
We've been coming here for years, (owasso location!) since they opened. Great waiters and staff, always friendly and hard working.....with one exception. The manager in the evenings, specifically Thursday June 9 around 7pm. Blue shirt, tall, blonde short hair in a ponytail. Several times we've brought our family in when she was working. Several occasions while being there with her working, she's gotten loud, purposely to draw attention, yelling at her staff, the things she says to them are belittling and abusive. Specifically the incident tonight, she was yelling at a cook about an order asking him loudly where everyone could here, WHAT DOES THE TICKET SAY? CAN YOU READ IT?! YOU TELL ME WHAT THE TICKETS SAYS! All of the customers stopped eating to look at her, my kids could hear her being irate and aggressive. Then she yells at him for everyone to hear,in spanish, (Which my husband understood, it's Spanish for you fat pig.)The poor wait staff was in embarrassment by the looks of their faces, covering their mouths. I cannot return to a restaurant with my family that is so hostile and abusive for all to hear, to their staff. Her behavior was disgusting, uncalled for and abusive. I cannot watch that and enjoy my meal at the same time. So until I learn that she's been removed permanently from the store, me and my family won't go back.
I have ate here a few times. Service is always good and the food is always great. No complaints from us about this place.
Another successful date night. The service was excellent, and my meal was well worth the money. The only reason for 4-stars is my wife's meal did not appear to be a great value. She ordered the salmon, mashed potatoes, and tortilla soup. There was no problem with her food as I did sample each item but the portions, to me, did not seem adequate. I will say the soup was excellent. Since she doesn't eat a whole lot due to a previous surgery so her portions did not matter to her but she did comment about how much more i had in front of me. My order on the other hand, was chicken fried chicken, 2 eggs, hashbrowns, and biscuits and gravy. Definitely no complaints about my portions. The chicken was hot and golden browned smothered in gravy. Plenty of hashbrowns, 2 eggs as expected, and a biscuit with gravy on the side. Definitely worth the 8.99 I paid for mine. For the pair of us, including drinks and a tip, we escaped for 40 even. Again, the service was excellent and no complaints about the food itself. Will definitely visit again and see if we can't earn that 5th star.
Only do take out since the pandemic and the first few orders we picked in a time frame of maybe 3-4 months apart were good and plenty to eat. BUT we picked of 2 orders of chicken fried steak last night and it was so bad that most of it got thrown out and that is just something I ever do. It was nice and big, but The coating on the meat was THiCK and not done it was not even crusty, it was gummy. The meat was tough. We each got different sides and they were very minimal. My mashed potatoes was honestly only two bites and just a tad of gravy. It was all horrible
Always a great place to eat! Wonderful wait staff, always clean! Food is awesome!
The waitress was very accommodating. The food was a more than ample serving, andvery good.
Came in last night food was amazing and the service was great, everyone made sure we were always taken care of !!
