My husband and I came here for a quick dinner and we’re not disappointed. Both of our meals were very good. The staff was very friendly, we would definitely return.
My husband and I had a great Japanese dinner before a musical at the Civic Center. It was early time so we decided to skip a full dinner; instead we ordered a variety of appetizers. We ordered Gyoza (pot stickers), Tempura, Yakitori chicken, Sashimi (a platter of raw fish), and a Sushi roll. Everything was tasty and very good portions plus beautifully presented. Our server, Jane was very attentive and friendly. We sure enjoyed the Japanese tapas!
Ben was our server I highly suggest requesting him the next time you go in!I had the spicy miso ramen and my girlfriend also enjoyed her meal! Altogether it was an incredible experience on Valentine’s Day. Ben is the man
We had lunch at this restaurant. I would rate the experience as Okay. It was decent but nothing memorable at all. Service was really good. Decor needs help. Flavor was average. Hot Green Tea was out of tea bag and tells me the authenticity of a Japanese restaurant
Was told they don’t do to go orders when they are “busy”( Friday Night around 6:30).Then was sarcastically told to have a good night. Went to the sushi place in Midtown. They were also busy but gladly took my to go order. This was actually my second encounter with them where customer service was horrible. The first time, they made my daughter pay for ramenshe didn’t like ,didn’t eat and returned to the kitchen. They didn’t offer her an alternative dish but charged her for it anyways explaining that she still had to pay for food that she didn’t like and returned. The only time they don’t charge a customer for an item is if the order was wrong. That same night, instead of asking if the orders were separate , the waitress took it upon herself to charge my daughters card for both of our tickets. Just rude and sloppy. I just like to give places the benefit of the doubt. But after tonight, midtown has my business.
Pretty good sushi. Ordered the lobster roll and spicy tuna. The lobster roll, albeit pricey is worth it. Plenty of lobster that’s buttery and delicious. Only negative is that no wasabi or ginger was included in my take out order.
I love going here alot, they have the best garlic ramen in Oklahoma in my opinion, today they had a gas leak and had to shut off the gas so I sadly was unable to order my favorite appatisers like the gyoza and chicken karage but they still had some extra broth so I was still able to get my ramen. Because the gas was off some of the ingredients were not the best like the pork and egg but on ally other experiences they are usually outstanding. I'll keep the 5 star because I love this place and one misshapen do to something they couldn't control won't make me think they are bad. I'll definitely visit again soon.
Everything was amazing. And the service was great.
I do not leave very many 5 star reviews on Google. I've been to several sushi places in the Oklahoma city area, as well as in Indianapolis. These rolls were DELICIOUS. It was a little cool in the building, but not cold which was perfect for us. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful in choosing our rolls. I have to recommend the "Lobster Roll" or the "Big Easy." The Big Easy was flavored spectacularly, but if you're not a fan of Cajun or a bit on the spicy side, then I would steer more towards the Lobster roll. I recommend 110% to visit this comfortable and inspiring local gem.
Absolutely wonderful sushi the Dr.J was phenomenal it melts in you mouth the Max Meaguro, spider and banjo where also very good me and my wife will definitely be back.
