I have mixed feelings on this place. The service was very good. The people working their are so nice and the food was out very fast. One of my favorite things about Mexican restaurants is the chips and queso. The queso was not very good and the salsa had no heat to it. The chips were pretty good on their own though. The mains had great presentation and the flavors were much better than our queso. The chicken fajitas, cheese enchilada, and the black beans were delicious. The rice was okay and definitely made better by mixing it with the beans. All in all a great experience in Bricktown off the canal.
I’ve been here twice and both times I’ve had incredibly rude waiters. The last time we went one of the waiters asked us rudely why were were laughing (it was a group of teenage girls… we’re going to laugh…) and then when my friend tried to help him hand a plate to another girl on the other side of the table he held up his hands dramatically and said “Damn!” I don’t know if he was trying to be funny or not but it came of incredibly rude and shocked all of us. He and another male waiter continued to stare at us until we left. They made us so uncomfortable we left out of the exit that wasn’t by the counter where you order. The food was good but the service was not. Save your time and order it to go.
The food was alright, the chicken lime nachos was the best thing from what we ordered, the tacos would've been good if the were had been made fresh...and also the taco meal came with chips and salsa and they didn't give that to us. when we asked for our chips and salsa to go since we had eaten our meals already. They brought us some for us to share with another couple that we were there eating with us, we had to repeatedly ask for separate chips and salsa....I may give them another try...but we will see...only nice thing was being right off the canal....
Chelsea, the manager, was extremely rude to her staff and when I told her they were working their tails off because they were understaffed she was rude and unprofessional and smirked as she let me know she was aware, wouldn’t recommend eating or especially working here.
Listen, I've been up and down these streets a million times, and passed by YTS just as many times. Not stopping in sooner was a mistake.Going during lunch was a good move for me, as the place wasn't too crowded. I ordered the tequila chicken nachos and they acquitted themselves well. Don't be taken in like I was; there's nothing "small" about the lunch portion. My only criticism is the dish they were served in. With toppings piled high and a dish so small I lost some of my toppings to the table. Normally I'm a "no man left behind" kinda guy, but during a panoramic (ha) I've become the "acceptable losses" type.Don't be like me, the sooner you stop in, the sooner you'll be on your way back. Top marks.
Zero Stars Given....only went here because Fuzzy's was closed for renovations. Service and food was atrocious. Arrived on a Friday night at 6:45, wasn't that busy considering a PBR event in Bricktown that night. Waited well over 40 minutes for 2 tacos and an order of nachos. Other tables that arrived after us received their food within 10 minutes of sitting down. Didn't think an order of shrimp tacos and chicken nachos was terribly exotic. Apparently I was wrong. After 40 minutes we went to the host and inquired about the status of our order. One taco was delivered to our table shortly there after. After another 10 minutes lapsed (without the remainder of our food) I asked to speak to a manager. I was directed to a person whom I lodged my complaint with only to be handed off to another person who was the manager over the kitchen. It is still not clear to me who was really responsible for service???? I was utterly amazed at the "Zero F.*!ks Given" attitude. No comp, no discount just excuses. When the remainder of our food arrived I was pleasantly surprised by the shrimp shells in my taco. Crunchy, yet not satisfying. Bonus...we seem to have caught food poisoning to go along with our delightful dinner. Never. Going. Back.
horrible food was soggy and sauce tasted like little cesar’s pizza sauce overpowered with the sauce horrible flavor horrible experience waiter was nice tho
We always share the nachos. They are delicious ? the staff is always polite and very welcoming
Was going to eat somewhere else but they were closed. This place was awful. No ice for drinks. I can let that slide cause I’m sure they’re short handed like everyone else. They filled ice up shortly afterward. Salsa was like marinara sauce. Queso wasn’t horrible, it was edible. Nachos hardly had any fajita meat on it. Plus had cabbage. Who puts cabbage on nachos? Pork street tacos weren’t good. All in all was a bad experience. Won’t be back and def won’t recommend.
So l found this on the internet, so had to try it. 1st the nachos were huge, but there really wasn't any meat and it was ok I got full
