I hate to even be able to give this one star, this use to be our regular go to but it has gone from bad to worse as far as how it’s run. First it was orders being wrong something being missed ok it can happen once in a while. What I find very unprofessional is for the people at the counter to take phones off the hook so calls won’t come in and to hang up while people are calling to place an order. I know the owner and I know she would be very disappointed with how employees are handling the business. I had to definitely decide not to come here any longer after this has happened multiple times. Don’t come here.
Driving cross country. Stopped in OKC to see a friend and we went to get wings .. Food was great. Cashier was very nice and made positive suggestions in regards to the sauces. What I did not like was seeing a full trash can get wheeled out the front door and smell the garbage. You need to reign it in . I will say one worker tried to stop him but he did it anyway.
This has become one of the worst restaurants in the city. I went online to place an order and the order and realized the price was like $14 some change so because we were literally 5 minutes away we decided we would just go inside to place our order. We get there place the order at 1st we were being told it was $19.00 for 10 pieces of in pieces of wings went online it was $14.00 and some change I informed them that they could not be correct And then a young lady comes over to the register rings it up telling me what 17 dolwas $17 I once again informed her that can't be possible I pulled out my phone just to show her what the website is saying and she said well ours show it at $17..so I told to cancel the order I won't allow her to rip me off. Customer service is horrible. Take your money elsewhere.
Wings are always delicious and the staff was EXTREMELY nice and respectful. I enjoyed the whole experience all the way to the last chicken bone and French fry
Talk about the Freshest Fries ? Chicken ? Corn ? and Veggie Sticks in town. Talk about the Fastest, Clean, most Efficient service in town. Pricy BUT GREAT, worth every single cent. Been here twice this month already and I WILL NOT STOP?? and I urge You to please do the same and thank me later.Here's a little tip, after ordering and you have your receipt in hand, take the survey. You might just get free fries whatever the size??
The wings here are steller. I had great service too both times I have ordered. No complaints from me. Keep churning out those wings my dudes and dudets.
This was my 1st visit to this location. I had an online order. When I walked in I was the 2nd person to be waited on. When it was my turn to be seen, all 4 of the workers seem to find other things to do. Then someone walked in and they immediately helped him with his order. They then went to the restroom, answered the phone, attended to the soda machine, stood in the kitchen looking around doing nothing. I waited 10 minutes before they finally asked if they could help me. All they had to do was hand me my food from the shelf. It was ready and waiting. Bottom line is, the service was TERRIBLE. The food was Great though!
There food is not very good I prefer the other wingstop I had some last night and I felt like I had to throw up I got chills my head hurts it made me sick before I ate that food I were not feeling this way what so ever I prefer a different wing spot ‼️‼️‼️They gave me food poisoning I REPEAT do NOT EAT WINGSTOP!!
Worst service and suddenly scamming rude. I called and ordered the same thing I've always ordered from this place. They entered the wrong order and when told about it they refused to replace it with the correct order and said I was wrong and charged for to replace it.When I explained that the only way the order would be wrong is if your customer service person entered it wrong she said that was not possible. Keep in mind as i was order the person had no idea what they were doing and kept having to ask how to enter stuff and if a single order of chicken was cheaper than the combo.Her name is Laquita. I wont be back to this one until she is no longer there.
Worst customer service. If you have an issue with not getting your food the staff will call you a liar and not make it. The manager on duty will do nothing for you and hide in the back like a coward while kids up front try to do his job. The manager won’t even do anything when staff cuss you out. My order was 100.96. I got about $15 of it. I asked them to watch the cameras to see what I left with. They made me call the main boss they wouldn’t even do it. Of course no answer. Avoid this place at all cost.
