I’m giving 2 stars because the fries and wings are good but every time I’m there, it takes FOREVER. There were at least 7 people in the kitchen and it was total chaos. Several people were waiting for food. I waited 40 minutes after I got there and had ordered online. (Was told it would be 20 minutes.) Several we’re complaining of the same. I checked my order and found they didn’t give me ranch so I asked for it. I left. After I got home, I realized one order was wrong (boneless instead of classic and no celery that I had ordered extra. I have given them the benefit of the doubt several times because I love the fries but I’m done. I won’t be back.
I ordered a family meal of 24 and I will say the flavors we chose were really good, but I have never seen such small wings in my life. I have ate at wingstop before and I have always thought you get what you pay for and though they are a more expensive wing restaurant they always were worth it. Today was a different story, I was surprised at how small the wings are, hopefully they get bigger wings.
I gave two stars for the two times I’ve gone AT NIGHT and the wings/fries were perfect. I wish I could recommend this location based off those two nights, but I can’t. Based off the SEVERAL times I’ve gone during the day, the wings/fries were terrible. The other night, the wings were prepared perfectly; done, but tender and juicy and seasoned well. The fries were prepared as I ordered as well; no fry seasoning, add Cajun seasoning only. Usually, this location UNDER SEASONS and OVERCOOKS the wings (and fries) to the point where the chicken has been fried so hard that you can barely chew it -the fries usually turn out crunchy and heavily salted…the OPPOSITE of what I asked and paid for. I know overdone wings are an option, but I NEVER select that option. I feel like the day crew overcooks them on purpose because it’s their preference because this happens WAYYYY too often to be a coincidence. That or they are forgetting to remove the wings from the oil when the timer goes off and so the wings end up overcooked. This is the second time I’ve ordered from this Wing Stop at NIGHT, and the wings were PERFECT. I don’t know the night crew’s secret, but they need to share it with the day crew. Stop frying the chicken so long, day crew! Not everyone likes hard chicken! Overcooked chicken is gross, and a waste of money. As for customer service, it’s what one can expect from today’s youth: not good, but not terrible. The crew is tolerant of your presence and listens to your requests, but seldom are those (simple) requests fulfilled.
I ordered 30 boneless wings to.go and the staff was very friendly and efficient. I loved the garlic parmesan flavor. I thought it tasted better then Buffalo wild wings flavors. They're yummy!
I will NEVER go to this place again. Since the drink machine was broken and i couldn't get a drink my online order they thought an extra sauce would be ok. NO IT'S NOT THE SAME. So when offered extra wings I said ok. They thought it would be funny to give me the hottest wings they make. Well it's not worth it so go to court over so I'll just make no one I know ever eat there. This is NOT the only complaint I've had but it will be the last.
Food is good but it takes FOREVER to get the food out. I call in an order and will be told it will take 25 minutes. Every time it takes at least 45 minutes. Don't show up early or on time, best to come late when there is a better chance of your food being ready.
This place can be hit or miss, some food are great some are alright. Just have to give a chance for yourself to have good food. I think food depends on who is working and how they prepare. Everything was good inside, well greeted and updated on food status. They might take longer to prepare food. I would recommend and have your own experience and go from there. Give yourself atleast one chance. I might go back.
I was hoping to address this directly w/Wingstop but they make it difficult to “contact” them. Called numerous times with no answer. Tried giving them feedback on the app on the receipt and it wouldn’t go thru. I tried the Buffalo thighs and they were raw inside. So gross, thankful I didn’t get food poisoning. Needless to say we had no interest in eating our meal after that. My order was supposed to be ready in 15 minutes and it was forgotten. Got my order approximately 35 minutes later. Had 2 drinks with my order and the soda machine wasn’t working. Such a disappointment! Wingstop used to be one of my faves but they have really gone downhill.
The drinks were about 90% water, you could taste how burnt the fryers oil was on the wings and fry’s, it made them almost as hard as a rock and indigestible. We were supposed to get garlic Parmesan wings and they gave us lemon pepper instead, if I could give zero stars I would but the employees were friendly at least
You will notice how rude and disrespectful the owners are to customers and their staff right away...Leaving this review after several online orders placed in advance and not even started until asked about at the counter once we arrived. Some of the staff really try hard, you can tell. They should apply elsewhere to preserve their sanity. Some of them take on the poor attitude of the owners/managers.Would be nice to not place an order 20 mins in advance and then wait another 30-45 in the restaurant. (And then deal with rude owners and a tense environment) Won't be going there again I'd rather drive all the way to Wing Supreme on Lincoln!!!
