Food was good. Same as all Whataburgers. They are having the same staffing issues every other place has post-Covid. Drive thru took a while and they lost my order by the time I got to the window.The staff was polite and courteous about it, just made for a slow trip
I wish I had got her name. It was a busy Sunday morning, but my order was pretty simple. Scrambled eggs, sausage, and a biscuit. My goodness whoever made the eggs put a TON of salt on them. There was more salt than eggs! Whoever made them must have been mad about working Sunday morning. She greeted me and took my platter. After a bit of commotion and the back. Then a bit more commotion I got a freshly made plate. She offered me free coffee while I waited, but I didn't have the extra time to wait for it to be made. She saved this location a 1 star review and got it bumped up to 4! If she is not a manager she should be. Common sense and customer service will always make a difference!
The worst experience I've ever had at a Whataburger.I drive a trash truck and it's very hard for me to find a place that is open early in the morning so I can get something to eat.I go to this Whataburger and I see someone walk out the lobby doors. So I go in and I see three people lounging in the dining area at separate tables with hoods pulled over their heads like they're sleeping , so I go up to the counter to place my order and the lady says that the lobby is not open. So I turn around and I pointed these three people, well what are they doing I ask and she says oh their employees. And I asked her, well how am I supposed to get something to eat she goes you can go through the drive through I said my truck is 13 ft 6 in tall she said I don't know what to tell you.I know what to tell Whataburger, after 30 some years of eating there, I'm done.
Great Food and Incredible Service - Was a manager / owner behind the counter? I joked about the price of the first combo meal I ever bought and I learned all about the history of Whataburger. The zeal for the company was almost as impressive as the patty melt.
Service was great, but the sweet tasted like unsweet tea and the fries were just a little warm.
Good food, had to wade thru the mud and waterfall over the floors, employees didn't seam interested in cleaning it up, I took a long lunch too. Nobody seem concern with the mess never seen something like that at Whataburger.
I got a couple grill cheeses and hash browns, the hash browns were hard but some were good. And then I take a bite of my grilled cheese and it tasted fine then I take another bite and white stuff starts Oozing out between the bread and It tasted so funky and disgusting ? I usually love the grill cheese but this is not how they come and I’m very disappointed and disgusted and still confused of what it was.
Worst whataburger I have ever been to. They consistently get orders wrong. Today they forgot the BBQ sauce on my honey BBQ chicken strip sandwich. This is the final straw. Won’t be going back to this location.It’s literally in the title of the sandwich ??♀️
Nothing like pulling up to the window and seeing someone take the lids off a few drinks and stick their nose deep enough in the cup they could be touching the beverage, and then try to hand to you.
The food is good but the service is extremely hit or miss, im writing this review as I sit in spot 3 waiting for a curbside order that was supposed to be ready by 7-7:05 p.m...its 7:25 p.m. I'll ask for something on a mobile order and its about 50-50 on whether it happens or not. As I write, I ask for no ice and both drinks have ice, which isn't HUGE but its part of the order. Got my food at 7:28. Smh, this location is suffering.
