Derek at the counter was amazing. He brought a smile to my face. Fast Service. Fresh fries. Very clean restaurant. I ordered 2 combos for dine it and it was delivered to my table quick and fresh. Derek brought a condiment plater to my table and served us condiments and napkins.My pattymelt was the best I have had at a Whataburger. I asked for it to be cut in half and it was. The bacon cheeseburger combo I also ordered was ordered with extra pickles and it came correctly. Staff were busy working and cleaning tables and friendly.
Really a rough visit. Our family ordered when there were no others waiting for food. 25 minutes later, we were still waiting while others who came after us were finishing their meals. Our complaint was met with an excuse that the chicken sandwich takes 7 minutes to cook. Finally we got our food, but no apology. And surprise, we got two extra burgers but no chicken sandwich. Another complaint resulted in a refund of the sandwich, a spicy chicken sandwich, but again no apology. Running late for an event, we scarfed our food and hustled out. Hope they can figure out how to improve.
Ordered breakfast for no utencsils, no napkins, no syrup or ketchup. Total waste of money. I called and they told my i have to order it as well. There is no survey or cashier name on the receipts. Zero stars.
Food was good although the person who took my order had a bit of an attitude when I was customizing a burger (due to food allergy) and was short with me when I asked her to repeat it back to me to make sure they had it correct. (They didn't) the person at the window was not real pleasant to us either. I'm not sure if it was the same girl or not.
I stopped here on my way to Oklahoma City. Restaurant was very clean oh, and the food was really good. I got the spicy chicken sandwich and onion rings and had a very good zero sugar lemonade. Employees were very nice and helpful and even brought the food to the table and asked if we needed anything else before we left. The food was very good.
Makyla(sc)(young lady with pretty eye art and green braids) was so professional, helpful and nice! Beautiful energy to go with the huge breakfast order we had and it was all so FRESH and the perfect start to our morning. Thank you guys! Definitely will be back!
No stars for me. Date: 12/29/2021, It's a female supervisor that was very un-courtesy, they forgot several items, drink and fries. I had to drive 15 minutes back to the place to pick-up fries. No coupons or a meal on us. I hope a corporate manager will see this, because not only me, but several people will not be eating here. Management this night is terrible, need a car wash job. Where is the service these days! I selected a star to post this dumbness, by the way.
They messed up my order I think they gave me someone else's order. I didn't figure it out until I got home. They forgot my apple pie before I left the drive thru. So I had to get their attention to let them know I didn't have my apple pie in my bag.
Friendly, fast service for standard - but great - Whataburger fare. I would like to see them pay a bit more attention to the assembly of burgers, tho. Three slices of pickle is almost enough, but who wants them stacked on top of each other?
This place always screws up my order and the fries are always rewarded or room temperature making them taste horrible. They need to rain their staff better. Every other Whataburger allows clientele in. This the only one I’ve been to that only allowing drive thru service. This is wild, I’m to Covidy to come in a f use your restrooms, but not to give you my money and pay you salaries.
