We stopped here before I had to go into work, went inside to eat. We were the only ones in the lobby waiting on an order and we sat there for 20 minutes. Employees in the kitchen on their phones and goofing around. Plenty of staff on hand. Lots of cars going through the drive through, but it still took forever to get our food. A couple came in after us and they also waited about 20 minutes for their food. I don't know what would be taking so long for every order other than just ignoring the inside orders and just doing drive through.

Choose somewhere else or a different location. Tonight we had issues. We were in the drive through for close to an hour. After we ordered we waited another 15-20 minutes by the door for our food. 5-6 other cars left from the drive through while we were waiting for our Two meals. Which was fine. We we get it… we were annoyed but meh not a big deal. They finally bring out our food the wrappers look right. We made sure we got the important sauces and we pull off. We get home and get our food out and it’s WRONG. Wrong chicken sandwich, they put random chicken biscuits in our bags? No Buffalo sauce. Whataburger has went SOOO Downhill. DO BETTER

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Whataburger, sadly. Usually this one is amazing, so I was shocked whenever it was so bad. The wait took FOREVER (we waited 45 minutes for our food to get out), and it wasn’t even packed. There seemed to be plenty of staff, but usually there isn’t (and it’s still faster when it’s been short-staffed than it was tonight). The girl taking orders at the front counter was genuinely one of the rudest people I have ever met working in fast food. She seemed to have a chip on her shoulder the whole time. They got our order wrong, and when I came up and politely asked if we could get what we ordered (and showed the receipt with the correct item on it), she laughed in my face. She couldn’t keep from laughing for about the next 20 minutes and kept acting put out by everything anyone asked. I also watched her ring up multiple wrong orders for many other customers, all while she was condescending and rude to each of them. Everyone was looking around at each other like “Is she serious?”. I feel sorry for the good workers there having to work with her. Many of them seemed very nice and hardworking, while also being agitated with her attitude. I can deal with the long wait times, but I would rather not deal with workers being unnecessarily rude, especially when I know good and well they would be throwing a fit if they were treated the same way. I don’t need the rudeness, I just want my food. To add insult to injury, the order was still wrong when they brought it back out, but my fiancée decided to eat it anyway because we didn’t want to wait any longer and cause a scene (or have her food get spit in). If I was the manager of this girl working the front counter, I would have fired her on the spot with no questions asked. Even if there aren’t enough workers, this girl is hurting the restaurant significantly and making all of her coworkers jobs’ much harder than they need to be. We may return and give this location a chance, but if it is this bad again, it is likely that we will never return. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had in fast food. Fire the girl who worked the front counter, and we will gladly be back. Until she’s gone, this location will be receiving no more business from us.

Waited for 55min told me they ran out of bread and certain patties but they said they had plenty of fries like it was a joke never mentioned anything to any one while the people looked at us like we we’re dumb for waiting that long

Used to love Whataburger.. came by around 5 pm Sunday 3/6/22. Dining room almost empty, yet a line at the counter. Took us 10 min to order our food. 30 min later or food was brought to our table missing a complete meal. When we tried to address this, the lady just walked off. I had to go to the counter and wait... again. After telling them the issue and showing my receipt. I was handed a bag of food. After sitting down, it was THE WRONG FOOD. Now being 45min into this. I took all of food back to the counter and requested a refund from the Manger, we had eaten NOTHING. She took my , receipt came back and said i was issued a refund and gave me no receipts.. spent $30 and a week later no refund and we have them all the food back. The entire time, customers were parking in the drive-thru and coming in demanding refunds for the same thing basically... I wonder if any of them got their money back??? I sure haven't...

I stopped by because I was in the area. Greated by employee who was nice. I ordered the Whataburger combo. The fountain drink area was clean and the Diet Dr. Pepper soda was mixed perfect. The order was filled quickly. The fries were hot which I always eat first. I don't like lukewarm or cold fries. The Whataburger was cooked correctly and had all the condiments and vegetables on the sandwich. For a fast food burger it's in my top 5. Never disappointed when I get food from Whataburger. Their Bacon Guacamole burger was a excellent burger. If you like burgers with bacon and guacamole you should try it. I highly recommend Whataburger you shouldn't be disappointed.

So much sauce couldnt eat it. Who made this???

Really good food. It cost me the same price as I would have spent at McDonald's. My family of 4 enjoyed it better as well. Fast drive through during dinner rush!

Be sure you have at least 45 minutes before your order food or bring snacks while you wait and on top of it after all that wait don’t be surprised if your food is cold. Employees are not the problem they had plenty of, they just don’t care. I was not the only One complaining about the cold food. Not recommend at all

If I could give 0 stars I would. This has been the worst customer service experience myself and my fiancé have experienced in all of our time traveling. Absolutely ridiculous communication. Kicked us out of the dining area before we had even ordered and upon our entrance in the establishment. Going through the drive through they took an astronomical amount of time and told us and another car to pull forward for our food. While waiting on our food, they kicked out several other groups from the last establishment and made them wait. Absolutely the worst experience we’ve had.
