Just a little disappointed. I specifically asked for NO onions I'm allergic. There were extra onions, which can be easily a wrong button no big deal. I'd normally just replace it. I did try calling a couple different times to get it fixed but no answer and I was already home by that time after multiple no answers. It already was a late night line which took a while, not more than can be expected for the time. Still, at least answer the phones?
The best What A Burger in the state. I have never been disappointed with a single order and the food always cooked to perfection
Not a fan. First time coming here around 10:45pm. The food was warm. Fries were cold. The lady at the window didn't give me my 3rd drink. After telling her what it was- she handed it to me with the lid partially on with soda all down the entire cup. I had to ask her for napkins to clean it off. She gave me them and said sorry about that ma'am. No, you intentionally gave me a sloppy cup. Anyway, she closed the window so I took my time cleaning it up. Service like tonight made me never want to come back. Your staff at this location could use some more training videos in customer service and presentation on orders in the drive thru.
I'm going to start taking pics. Feel like jalapeño biscuits I'd less jalapeño now. Don't like that as I love the paper on my breakfast. Not going to cost a Star though as I enjoyed it still better than anywhere else locally.
Food is always excellent. No matter what location you go too 2 thumbs up! The Breakfast there is good as well.
I like whataburger b/c the are open 24/7 for my late night fry cravings. This location always has a line in the late night early morning hours. The food is always hot & fresh.
One of my favorites, I grew up going to Whataburger at this location since I was a small kid! Service was super friendly and quick to boot!
Staff was super friendly. The patty melts were horrible. Didn't have anything we tried to order to drink!
Fast for the size of order I had, keep up the good work, love this location one of my favorite way faster then the one off i40 I will definitely come back here.
So disappointed with Whataburger tonight.........felt completely ignored and then I'm dismissed after I ask "where is my order?" I was told "oh they skipped you and your order was giving out already." I sat there at the second window for more than 15 mins after I paid. So how am I overlooked and half my order giving away. The only reason I gave them 2 stars was my food was actually good. I just hope nobody else has to go through an ordeal like this. The employees are usually on point and get orders out in a timely manner but let's hope this was just a one time issue. (Restaurant 102/ order #: 584473
