Mediocre at best. They made us wait for like 10 minutes to order while employees where playing around. Didn't get our order right after the cashier was so high she had to get help to take the order. Manager ended up bringing the change out to me. He was rude on top of everything but if I had employees acting that way I would have been irritated as well. Customers should not have to have attitude just because others are irritating them.
Normally, I love whataburger, but this one was terrible. Wait was 25+ minutes, at night, moderately busy. Girl messed up the order of the people in front of me, took about 10 minutes to fix it. Got the window and my order was wrong too, the way it was messed up made it obvious that it was a careless mistake due to not paying attention. Didn't even bother trying to get it fixed as I couldn't get the girls attention, and I wasn't about to waste more time going in. Wouldn't recommend this location.
Would NOT recommend! Went thru drive thru twice. Order was wrong, twice.Ordered a "Plain bacon cheeseburger, with just cheese and bacon only."Came slathered with mustard.Returned and the employee said... they come with mustard.. see above order ^Second burger came with cheese only, no bacon. I did not have the patience to go back a third time.First AND LAST visit. Asked for extra straw Second time. Employee bent/broke straw and handed it to me and closed the window, just to sum up their customer service.
My very first time here. Staff very friendly. The burger was good, but I didn't realize it came with mustard. Didn't kill it, just not my favorite. Next time I'll sub mayo instead. Onion rings fresh and delicious. Loved the spicy ketchup.
AMAZING! I will say there was a bit much mustard on the burger. But it was delicious and huge. Staff was great, everything was clean.
Just went through driver through. My burger and fries were very cold. My bread was hard. Second time this has happened. It used to be great there. Did you change ownership?
Went through the drive through and when asked if I wanted sauce for my fries and My husband replied “yes please spicy ketchup” the lady proceeded to want to argue with him that ketchup isn’t a sauce. Honestly I don’t care and I’m not ordering food to argue with someone over what a condiment is when asked. I just want spicy ketchup please and thank you I’m not coming here to have a petty argument with a teenage girl. Aweful customer service over something seriously ridiculous and unprovoked.
I'm always impressed with the food here and the Staff are always Professional and courteous and very attentive
okay first of all when you pull up through the drive-thru but there's like food all in the Drive-Thru at a food establishment that's not a good it was not a good look and then I ordered a sweet and spicy burger with one Patty and then I get here in the meat is Pink and okay so I call I spoke to Jessica the manager okay she was so nonchalant about like she didn't even care that they gave me pink meat you know with the covid and all that and people like scared of of every little thing especially some pink meat in your burger I think that will cause e coli and some other stuff & this and this location I've had several problems with it and GM said I'll replace your burger I think how about you throw in a couple of shakes she said no thank you achieve you did not even care that I could of gotten sick from this pink meat. I have a pic of it. Jessica has a bad attitude for someone in management. and she told me you can go and keep that pink Burger that if you come up here we'll replace it. I'm that whataburger & it's employees that have I don't care attitude & there horrible customer service. it's not a good look for this Whataburger
Burger was great as ways and will return to this location because of the way the young lady that took my order was friendly helpful and polite, need more like her. Thank you for the good service and for yet again another great whataburger.
