obnoxious employees. will watch you holding out your cash while repeating your order. will ask if you want cookies or pies with your order in an obnoxious way while laughing as if their inquiry itself is supposed to be funny somehow. all around its just a bunch of immature adolescents working here that don’t know how to speak to customers like human beings. called the manager to talk about this and she was too busy defending the employees for their rudeness. happened may 30th 2022 around 6pm
This is definitely not a Texas location.Went in tonight to eat. The clerk attempted to overcharge me. She pretended she didn't understand English when I called her on her behavior.Her manager, Carmen, likewise argued with me about the prices. The first picture is of her pointing at the sign where the price is 9.49, and the second is where they tried to charge me 10.29.I am not sure why Oklahoma locations are so terrible, but as someone who managed for this company in Texas several years ago, I would never have displayed such an attitude to any customer.Corporate will definitely be contacted. It seems they have an attitude with people who "look like me". Just read the negative reviews and you see a very clear pattern....
So a few months ago, I left a bad comment. Basically, burger was not good, In and Out is way better (still true), and the fries are basically McDonald's fries.Well, I take some of that back. I had the southern style double, it was pretty good, a little flat as if someone pressed down on it, but good. Fries were better but nothing to write home about.A meal plus an apple pie was a little less then $12, pretty good deal.So, not as good as In and Out but it's good.
First off, I love my whataburger, especially breakfast. Now this store is the only one I have problems with. Many times I've made a mobile order 30 minutes in advance of when ill be there cuz I know they're busy and slow getting orders out. I still get there 30 minutes after making the order and always have to wait at least 30-45 minutes, and always they make you come in if you choose the park and bring it to you option, and they say they didn't know about your order and Its taken me 30 minutes standing at the counter to get anyones attention.. Sad to say but jack in the box next door is so so much smoother and faster. You'd think if you make your order well in advance of you showing up there they'd at least be close to having your order ready. This store seriously needs help, especially at night.
I love the ladies that work here! The food is awesome but it's the employees that keep me coming back. Watch for an edit so I can put the wonderful ladies names in this comment.
We went during lunch time, expected a line but it went quick. The person taking our order in drive thru was nice and the person at the window was very nice and told us about the survey. The fries were fresh and hot but the burger was a bit on the cool side. Regardless of that I will return to this location.
My favorite fast food burger but this location really needs to work on juggling their two ordering lanes, especially if they’re gonna make this a regular thing. Please go watch Chick-fil-A. Also, when I got to the window tonight and they asked if I had so and so food, I said no, and then a person in the background went off about how people aren’t listening to which lane they’re told to go to. Listen, Dear, your fellow coworker told me to get in the “Left lane—A” lane so that’s on y’all.
Ordered through drive-thru. When we received our order, one sandwich was wrong. We took it inside and explained the wrong sandwich. It took almost 20 minutes to get the sandwich replaced correctly. Since they already had their money, it was more important to take care of other customers than to replace the sandwich made in error
Extraordinarily unprofessional. Was told that there were no more large or medium cups so our drinks would have to be smalls. When we pulled up to the window, we were greeted by dozens of large and medium cups.Will not be returning.
I do love Whataburger but cannot recommend this one. My order was a combo and two other items. One item was missing, two items were of such poor quality as to be inedible. Out of five items, two were consumable (one of which was a beverage) so each of those gets a star (the rest had to be thrown in the trash). Extremely dissatisfied.
