The crew here are children. Grown adults who are just slow and do not want to be here and have NO issue letting the world know too. I returned a order that was missing fries. I went in and asked for the meal to be remade with the missing items. And like a teenager the crew sent me home with the right wrappers stuffed with the wrong items. All over a order a fries. I wont return. 50 years and I will never eat at a Whataburger ever again if this is what they will hire. If your diabetic, don't bother asking for a sugar sub, these people are absolutely clueless... For the money they charge, trust me a real sit down restaurant is a better choice. ?
This was super solid fast food breakfast. Definite highlight was the sausage, it was cooked well and wasnt greasy at all. It had amazing flavor. The biscuits were fresh, and the salsa that they had prepackaged had awesome flavors and spices. Very surprised because tbh their burgers are kinda mids. But this is a greay spot for breakfast no doubt.
It would be a lot better if the patty melt wasn't so dry I live right around the corner and I come in all the time it's dry majorityof the time but it is delicious and the food is always hot and the people are always decent with customer service that could always improve everywhere but they're okay and I like this restaurant And the Burgers
People Ftherehave attitude when ordering drive-through all the time every time I order in the drive-through I’ll wait about 30 minutes just so they could come out and get my order wrong go back in wait another 20 to 15 minutes to get my food and then say they don’t have any type of sauces that I wanted and that I’m lucky that I got bread worst Whataburger in OKC don’t come here on top of that the people behind me got there befor me . Always have smart remarks to customers they work very slow very slow.!!!
Visiting from Colorado I had to stop and get a Whataburger, my favorite fast food burger. I stopped in at this location with my boys and we dined inside. We were greeted by Daniel and given the most amazing service I have ever had in a fast food restaurant. She was friendly and kind with the biggest and most beautiful smile. She was patient and helped us get everything ordered and setup. She was a great advocate fer her company and I hope Whataburger recognizes what they have in her. A very valuable person indeed. Can't rate this location . Took someone here. Haven't been to Whataburger in over 30 years. Don't plan on going back any time soon. Last time the cost for a burger, fries and a drink was over $19. That was over 30 years ago. There was extra charger for extra ingredients, I expected that but not a $19.?? cost.
Horrible customer service! Do not recommend!!! When i arrived i was the only customer there i came through the drive thru it was 9:17am ordered breakfast they had no hash rounds, ok thats fine i ordered something else. Get to the window pay for my food by 9:20. Sat there til 9:32 when an employee came to the window to tell me the price for the car behind me and try and hand me their drink. I told her i already paid and i didnt have a drink. She then turned to the girl beside her and said whats her order. I asked what was taking so long i counted 6 employees plus 2 managers. Remind you i was the only person there before the car behind me. They both walked away 1 came back said they were waiting on fresh biscuits, ok how much longer by now its 9:43 i was told it was going to be another 5 min and was asked to pull forward. So you knew that entire time you were waiting on biscuits why didnt you just tell me from the beginning instead of making me wait 30 minutes!!!!! DO BETTER PEOPLE!!!!!!
Drive thru,only went here again cause had a gift card..ordered W.B. w mayo,cheese n lettuce plus 2 pies.Pies were good.Burger was put on 2 pieces oh half browned toast.When did they start putting Whataburgers on toast? idk. Girl at window was nice but tried to give me the next cars soda.This place improved for awhile but idk cause after cold frys n cold burgers plus onion rings that were actually rotten n slimy I stopped going here.ill try again in a few months maybe.
We ordered our food here January 3rd 2022. The food was wonderful overall. However, they forgot our fries and onion ring, basically all our sides. We the Whataburger Customer Care, and got an email saying that someone from their restaurant leadership or Customer Care team will back to me within 3 - 5 business days. However, was waiting for more than a month for them to get back, they never did. My order was over $25. We only wanted refund for items we did not get in our order, and they could not even do that.
Went here the other day and I could not even get my order close to being correct and I did not know about it till I got home. I went back up there to see what they would do about it and they didn't want to do anything. Their attitude was it is not up to them to get my order correct. And I was in the wrong for expecting them to make it right. The manager failed to do anything. The black girl at the drive-through and the black girl back there making the stuff both resorted to cussing me out for wanting my stuff corrected and for being upset with them not getting it right and having such a poor attitude about everything and when I got upset about the manager failing to do anything I let them all know I was going to let the regional manager know and they would all lose their jobs and their response was so what I can get another one anytime it's just a burger and fry job. This is the attitude of the employees at this restaurant they are not there to do anything other than to be on premises the hours they are required to do so they do not feel like customer service is anything that they need to worry about. I was even told that the customer is not right. And what's really bad is this isn't the first time they couldn't get my order right they get my order wrong more times than they've ever had it right.
