Loved our food and friendly staff?

the waitress we had sonya was an absolute delight. attentive & very charming. the cook however, i believe his name was ryan or bryan. he was a white guy with glasses. he made the experience very uncomfortable. other patrons nearby were talking about it among themselves as well. it was very clear that he had it out for our waitress. he was so focused on trying to micromanage & harass her that he was barely doing his own job. he failed to tell the waitress he did not have any chili ready, and then snapped at her when she asked about where it was. he also didn't prepare the waffles how we ordered them & appeared to forget to make another patrons waffles at all. sonya handled herself wonderfully, not letting him affect her demeanor & making up for his mistakes without skipping a beat. sonya gave 10/10 service & went above & beyond. the gentleman that was supposed to be cooking needs to focus on getting good at his own job before targeting a woman who's just trying to make a living & was not doing anything wrong. it came off like he was a big bully with a god complex. very uncomfortable.

Worst service around!!! Waited an hour to get our food. Then they bring out the wrong food and when the waitress took it back, she said there's nothing she could do about it , we would have to wait. That wouldn't be so bad if they hadn't have served the other 8 PEOPLE who came in AFTER us before even trying to start making our order right!! When asked to talk to the manager, nobody came over, just looked over at us! It wasn't until after we got up to leave that the manager started paying attention!! Keep your junk, we're NEVER going back!!

I wanted to place a call in order I started calling on my way it took me 15 minutes to get there I called four times and called while I was walking in the door no one answered because they were all standing around talking and looking at their cell phones together in a group. This is typical for this waffle House I used to work very close and they never answered the phone. And no they were not busy!I'm editing my review because I decided to try it again came in at a different time first thing in the morning called repeatedly no answer of thought well maybe it could be busy. Came in and there were literally three tables in the whole place with three waitresses no reason not answer the phone and no reason for me to sit here for 5 minutes before taking my order.

Worst service around waited an hour to get our food!! then when the waitress brings it out she brings out the wrong food. The waitress said there's nothing she can do about it , that we would have to wait! ok.... that wouldn't have been so bad if they hadn't served the other 8 couples that arrived AFTER US!! The reason being is she said the grills are all full and we would have to wait until the grills were open again!!! What were you cooking..??? eggs, bacon, hashbrowns?! ya, the same exact stuff we ordered and were told couldn't get until they took care of the others! we asked to talk to the manager and when the waitress went to tell her, she just looked over at us, turned around and walked off!! It wasn't until we got up to leave that the Manager FINALLY started to pay attention. keep your junk, were NEVER going back. we would always go in to waffle house for breakfast, but not anymore.

The cook seemed like a very sweet, genuine guy, but if I was a health inspector, I would've shut down this building. Gloves were not changed once from the time we walked in or left. Hashbrowns, eggs, raw chicken, sausage, and bacon were all touched with the same gloves. The waiter at the time didn't know how to manage what he was doing. They had to shut half the restaurant seating down, due to staffing I'm sure, but it was still too much to handle. 3 different tables had to remind them about waffles, us being one of them. There were a couple of guys that were seated before us that were already irritated that they had been waiting too long. They left shortly before we did after finally getting food. If a restaurant can't handle late night business due to short staffing, I suggest reducing hours. Also brush up on ServSafe?!

We went to Waffle House today and unluckily AD was our server.she was rude, when she got our order wrong instead of apologizing she said I got you in a rude tone. I am not sure if people who are not interested in working service industry why is she there. She spoiled my Mother’s Day. Others were really good and were with a smile. Only she was grumpy

I hope you all understand that nobody needs to put pictures of the Waffle House. The Waffle House is an American staple. Unfortunately the west coast hasn’t gotten the memo yet. I’m from California and whenever I fly outta state, it’s almost automatic that I will land at a Waffle House. Simple order. To start it off a waffle, whip cream, a little bit of butter and some syrup gently and generously drizzled allOver the waffle. Let that go down and at this point Jessa knows to put in the second order in to THE cook. Hash browns smothered and all kinds of country!! Woooooweeeeeee that’s exciting. For all of you who just don’t get it, that’s country gravy and grilled onions. Wife leaves some bacon leftover. A nice fork full of country smothered hash browns and a bite of bacon. Game over ladies and gentleman! Ready to attack the world and it’s obstacles that are there to carve out all the fluff that’s unnecessary to live a fruitful life! Until the next time my Oklahoma peeps! Always there with a smile for my family and I!

Staff was friendly & attentive. Food was awesome. Have not been to Waffle House for years for gotten favorite. A little pricier than I remember.

Always great place for breakfast. Can't go wrong with the all star special. Clean and great service. Would recommend coming here.
