I've always wanted to eat at a "Waffle House." The food was good. I even had some grits. I hadn't had any since the Army. These grits were a hundred times better.The restaurant was clean, staff was friendly. The seemed a bit short staffed. Other than that I fine experience.
I went here after the New Edition concert, and there was only 1 server (AJ). She did an awesome job of being attentive, keeping her cool, even when some customers weren't being impatient. We were able to finally get seated; AJ got to fairly quickly, considering how busy it was. Once our food came out, the eggs were cooked too hard, I'm not sure how long the cook (Cameron has been cooking but she messed our eggs to the point that we couldn't eat them. Other than the eggs, there were no other issues. AJ deserves some kind of recognition for how she held it down as the only server.
Cook was good even though as Heather said im a server (not servant) did not put order in properly. She was very rude. Filled my coffee not my wife's. Went sat down and talked with other people at the other end of the store. Brought our ticket to us and that is the last service we figured we would get from her. She did remember the to go tray as we where finishing up.
Food was good. But when waitress is smiling at you with most of her teeth rotting out. You tend to loose your appetite. At least I do.
I'm getting to the point where I really like going to Waffle House. They know me whenever I walk in, And generally have my breakfast already started by the time I get to the register. The food is good the cook knows what they're doing And the server are really friendly. I really appreciate a friendly face at 4 o'clock in the morning.
Stopped for my regular, waitress was very rude. She Acted like i was a hinderance to her day. Rolled her eyes at me. I walked out.
Just went into restaurant sat down to enjoy a meal and was told by staff they were doing a shift change and were unable to serve any dine in customers. Employee stated she could make a order to go but was unable to serve inside diners. What a joke!
Service was so fast.. Friendly big bonus.. From order to food on table minutes.. We where super happy cuz we where so tired and just want to get to bed and got just what we wanted..
Disgusting food, the whipped spread was water and yes it was ACTUALLY water in a cup. 25 minute wait and the waffle was undercooked on the sides and was sorry and tasted like pure pancake batter. Overall I hate it.
Quick and efficient service even during peak breakfast hours. All of the staff were in a good mood and very friendly. Great place to stop before getting back on the interstate.
