Horrendous customer service. We ordered 4 smoothies they only had 2 ready of those they weren't even the right smoothies!!!!! Last weekend there were no straws this weekend no lids??? We live on the north side and go to tropical smoothie there quite often and both the service and smoothies are of WAY better quality. I could pin this on the staff but what additionally is management doing tosupport the staff??
Ordered and paid for a single smoothie. Was skipped in line multiple times. Had to inquire with two people to get them to make my order. When they made it they served it to another customer, over a half hour after I ordered it. I was waived to get my order from the other customer.Edit: reply to below, I already attempted to contact you on your site before posting this review. No response from that prompted me leaving this review. Given that you have the same cut and paste response to every negative review, I sincerely doubt anyone from your company reads any of these reviews or anything sent in to your company. Which means I'm talking to myself here. That's on me. This is now the third time I’ve ordered a smoothie from this location and I can’t drink my smoothie through a straw because it was not blended long enough because all the chunks of ice and fruit.
I’ve never in my life have given a single review, but this one a had to. I ordered the new star fruit smoothie and the guy making the smoothies made the order wrong THEN proceeds to HALF FILL my smoothie. Then later when I was biting into the sandwich I got here, there was a FULL PIECE PARCHMENT PAPER IN MY SANDWICH. Horrible place and horrible service. If I was able to give negative stars I would.
that was the worst experience i have ever had. it a smoothie place and i ordered THREE smoothies. we waited in the line for FORTY FIVE minutes. the customer service was absolutely terrible. they didn’t even acknowledge me, and I was treated awfully when they FINALLY showed at the window. I don’t normally go here because it is so expensive anyways, but i was really wanting a good smoothie and i’m incredibly disappointed. We would’ve drove off if the lady didn’t have my card. horrible.
I've always wondered why tropical smoothie doesn't have a smoothie bowl and Alyssa was so awesome she actually made me one. She's like a smoothie artist. It was delicious. Tropical smoothie should take a cue from Alyssa and add it to their menu!
It just SHOULD not take this long to get a smoothie. It’s closed inside and only 2 people in front of me yet I waited over 20-30 minutes. I got the smoothie wasn’t even blended right I was chewing on ice and was given a mini straw not even what the new drink is supposed to come with (edible strawberry straw) let alone the right size. They highered their prices by almost $3 each drink. Used to love their drinks but not a convenient place for a quick drink.
I hate to write bad reviews on any company since I am in the customer service industry and I understand how hard it is to hire good talent now days but man!!! Here goes my first bad review. Where is the leadership here? If I was the owner or project manager I would be here training the staff and showing them how to improve at their job and provide them with the tools needed so they can be successful and want to stay with their company. The staff didn’t have no chicken, took a long time just to get a sandwich and a smoothie? The lady at the window was amazing very apologetic so not her fault. This will be my last time coming here since they’ve been like this for a long time and nothing has changed.
Not sure if they are under staffed or what’s going on in the morning. There’s a consistent long long wait! No matter what, even if you are the only customer they just move way too slow. Especially given the morning shift. The staff is super nice, just be ready to WAIT. Waited 20 mins today for a smoothie ?
Eat at tropical smoothie 5 day a week. And have been to most of them in okc metro area, this one has the worst customer service of all. Rude, lazy young workers that don't have or give any respect what so ever.
