I don't love their food but I do love all their smoothies! But it always takes longer than I expect. They're pretty much always busy and there's a ton of people in the kitchen. If you're not in a hurry this is a great place to grab a smoothie or a wrap. The other weird thing is their credit card reader has a screen that gives an option to tip and it just happens to be "frozen" on the highest tip amount. So you can't change it-- you just have to tip that amount regardless of whether you want to or not. Just a bit odd.

Tropical Smoothie overall is amazing! Joe the owner of this location is very rude. You would think an owner would care to hear the outcome of their product NOT. His response was he is very busy all drinks are made the same but then said sometimes the drinks might be watery. He was very rude. I will not support this location.
This place is hit and miss. I keep trying different locations to see if it is better, but usually it’s not. Today I thought I’d give one more try, but the smoothie literally tasted like frozen water bland banana. If you add a supplement, you’re likely to get big chunks of vitamin in your smoothie because it isn’t blended smooth. I give up. This isn’t it.

I went through the drive thru at 12:51pm. I had to confirm my order several times. I didn’t think it was too complicated. Turkey Bacon Ranch sandwich and a Jetty Juice with yogurt no sweetener. I get to the window and before I hand it to cashier, I ask her if she can break $100? She grabs it, looks at it, and says okay. She hands me my stuff. When she hands me my change which was $84.19… she says “I think you should tip us.” I have never been so appalled. I composed myself because I couldn’t wrap my head around what I just heard. I handed her $2, because I could only see two workers… The she responded.. Seriously.. I had no response again and just drove back to work. This is the last time I or my entire office will be visiting this location.

Ate there yesterday, it was very good,I had a great salad, and great burrito.
I added kale and spinach to my smoothie. I should have asked to have it double blended. Tuff to suck kale through the straw. But still tasted great.
