This is always been my favorite one until today when “Ray” was completely rude and dismissive and unwilling to communicate with me the customer during the drive-through experience. I was trying to ask a simple question about the pair and save deal because the sign looks like it’s five dollars for both those items and it’s not and that’s what I wanted to clarify
This place is terrible. The foods pretty good when its right. The problem is they never seem to care about no lettuce on my wrap. Lol. No lettuce. Pretty easy right? Wrong, Its almost like they go out of their way to eff it up. Its just uncanny how often this happens. One day ill learn not to go.
Has a drive thru. Good selection and tasted good. Only one size smoothie available. Didn't try any food

Very rude employee, Ms Hyze is (name she gave me)?. Said she was the assistant manager then I apologize and explained how I sent an online order to her store instead of another one and just needed the order canceled and refunded. She immediately became passive aggressive and had an attitude then said it can’t be done until Monday when her manager gets there. When I asked why, she said she didn’t know how and that she wasn’t actually the manager. It’s very obvious she does not like her job and she projects that onto the customers.Luckily, I was able to call customer service who is amazing and had it escalated. They were able to take down my information and refund it back to me immediately today. The Tropical Smoothie cafes on W Memorial and SW 104 have better customer service and food so I’ll be going there.
Great place for smoothies! And the cookie are some of the best in the business. Looking forward to the next visit. Faith is a great employee
Pretty yummy Hurricane smoothie. Service could be A BIT quicker thru the drive thru ,but once I placed order it went pretty fast. Food menu looks good..lots of variety.
Their smoothies are always delicious, but I had never had their food before today. I really enjoyed their chickwn wrap, and the smoothie was a good pairing with the heat from my wrap.
I typically love tropical cafe and go there all the time for my smoothies! But we went to this one had a sign over the speaker saying they couldn’t take orders for 10 minutes because they were short staff and trying to play catch up still had over 30 minutes until they closed. Finally got to order and got up to the window and they were very rude! Like sorry you were stressed but not a nice way to treat your customers! Will more then likely not be returning to this location.
Refused to make me a jetty junior add kiwi, told me i had to get a large. Kiwi quencher.I worked for tropical smoothie for a year i know how to converse large into kids and i know its allowed.Will not go back thank you.
