The staff put a handwritten sign on the drive through menu saying they are only able to make smoothies, no food. It is 8:00pm and they don’t close until 9:00pm.This is absurd.
Always close early ive Been there 2 times now and they dont want my business always looks like a bunch of people standing around and they always say before 830 they are ( fixing to close) RUDE and ill definitely take my money somewhere else
Great smoothies and so many selections and combinations and management was boss level. Ill be back .
This location is my least favorite. The guy at the drive thru is rude and mouthy. He doesn’t belong in customer service at all. He kept running his mouth after I calmly asked for the manager and continued after I was done talking to her. My smoothie wasn’t blended all the way. There were big pieces of fruit left in it.
Literally the worst Tropical Smoothie out in OKC. I only come here for breakfast but most times they have some excuse as to why they can’t provide any breakfast. “No eggs”, “No one turned on the stove”, “Its only me and I only know how to make shakes”.The guy today was the worst person I’ve ever talked to, why was he so rude?Who’s running this circus? ?
Smoothies taste watered down and the kale apple slaw is nasty.
Ordered a Baja Chicken wrap got a Buffalo Chicken wrap. Called and had to drive back and prove it. It was good just not what I ordered. No other offer made. Disappointing.
Ray is the most professional and kind employee we have talked to at any Tropical Smoothie Cafe location. He is so sweet and kind even while having to work during the holidays. My family will be returning to this location just for the great service provided by Ray!
Drive thru or in store pick up. The caprese grilled cheese is very delicious and the smoothies are always on point. If you think something is wrong they are more than happy to help you with the matter. Thank you tropical smoothie it’s worth the wait!!!
All is good but the app. Trying to scan and or type in for my points and it tells me I'm not near a tropical smoothie location. It's funny because I am sitting in front of a location using their wifi.
