Awesome fun place to get your beers on.
This is a little place on the north side with a big back yard, live bands on Sundays, food served on weekends, parking not so great when packed but love trella and red like crazy, who own the place and everyone is treated like family.
I saw like 2 chick fight in 25 minutes. It was super well lit which kinda isn't my personal vibe. The bartenders were pretty dope tho. I will prolly go back at some point
I used to come to the Anchor in the 80s I met my 1st husband there and also my American mom, Dip or Dottie.I have been away for many years, and went in a few months ago and most of the people are so much fun.
If you can't hang out with a biker or sailor I recommend you not going to this place a marine would fit right in but he might be too aggressive honestly had a wonderful experience
I dont drink and this is still a place I like to hangout. I go in just to see the bulldogs and the owners because they are amazing. The crowd of people they keep are friendly and make you feel welcome. If your looking for a small local dive bar. This is this place to be.
Felt outta place. Wont be going back. Dont need that kinda vibe in my life
Love this place. One of the last person able dive bars in OKC. Patrons are super friendly and the owners make it feel like home.
