Tacos where about six $ a piece and if you don’t do spicy food ,make sure to let them know to put salsas on the side … otherwise…. Food is simply delicious and establishment is clean
My wife and I visited this place for the first time yesterday at around 3:30 PM and had a bad experience. We entered through the door closest to the bar. The bartender was just standing around and did not greet us. Her 4 customers who were sitting at the bar were already eating. We approached the front counter to place our order but there was no one there. We waited at least 10 minutes before some guy who looked like he could be the manager (more on him later) came to take our order. During those 10 minutes, there was another employee who kept messing with some dust pan. He looked at us but then just kept doing his thing. When the manager-looking guy finally came, he was less than friendly. He took our order and then went to sit a table to chat or interview some other person. Some time later our food was delivered to the table but we still had not gotten our drinks. We asked the food runner about our drinks and she just pointed at the bar. The bartender who had been standing around, left to go outside AFTER our drink order had already printed to the bar. We just kept waiting around for any other employee to inquire about our drinks while our food was getting cold. Some other lady finally came from the back and went behind the bar and made our drinks. The bartender then came back from outside and said "oh sorry, I didn't see that." During this whole time, multiple people came in and stood around waiting for someone to take their order. It was such a frustrating experience because the front was completely unattended and employees were nowhere to be found the whole time we were there. This happened at a very slow time when there were only about 2 other parties in the entire place. It made us wonder how much worse the customer experience would be at a busy time. Our food (although cold) tasted good but the terrible customer service ruined it for us. Needless to say, we won't be going back anytime soon.
Tacos took forever to get out, weren't really very good. I come here pretty often and the service has just went downhill as of lately. I could understand if the dining room was full but there were only like 5 to 7 other tables, employees are all wearing air pods and don't really seem to care about customers waiting. 40$ on tacos and they come out half cold and I wait 15 to 20 minutes to get them. Definitely won't be recommending this place to anyone in the future.
Cool vibes and damn good tacos! First time visit, staff was friendly and the food choices were unique. Tacos were good and quality. The decor and little details like the pitch fork for handles and vibes here are cool.
The tacos were pretty good but the girl that took our order was a little off putting. Not mean, but not nice or friendly, just seemed very unhappy to be there and to talk to us. Likely to get takeout for an easy dinner!
Friendly service, breakfast tacos are super filling. Just wish they had coffee.
We ordered a Beef Fajita Taco and Baja shrimp Taco with an order of Refried beans. The portions were small and the Baja shrimp Taco was served on a flour tortilla and not a corn tortilla as stated on the menu. The refried beans were overly processed and had a strange sweet taste to it. No spoon was included in the bag so as a "To Go" order it would have been helpful. In our search for the perfect commercial fast food chain taco we were definitely a bit disappointed.
This use to be my favorite taco place. Man have they gone down hill and fast. This a COLD taco for rhe second time being sent back. I normally spend about $100's here on taco when we come up, not anymore. Took the first taco back and the manager brought this back out and was like it was nothing new, not very customer friendly either. I mean how hard is it to make sure the food you are serving is at least warm, hot if possible. So so disappointing and sad.
Food is good but they suck at checking to-go orders! Check your bags! They always leave random things out of my orders! Usually salsas. If I pay $5 for something I expect it to be in the bag!
Okay this place is amazing. My daughter suggested it when I first moved to the city and she was right. The food is spectacular. Atmosphere is wonderful. The bar is well stocked. They have a monthly taco that changes of course each month as well as a multitude of entrees. I've been to fuzzy's tacos as well and I have to say torchy's wins my vote!
