Not exactly Toby Keith fans - fall more towards the Dixie Chicks side of things - although certainly hope he recovers healthwise. But we figured when in Oklahoma, do Oklahoma things. Went shortly before closing on a Sunday night, it was still pretty busy. Decor is about what you'd expect, with red white & blue; seeing the platinum records up close was interesting. Food was okay for us, not great to our taste. Not catering to vegetarians. Service was super friendly.
Cari was an awesome server! A party of 8, no issues. She was attentive, on the spot with drink refills and very friendly. The calf fries were very tasty. The cornbread was excellent. The cornbread croutons were great! All our meals were very good except one, the smoked salmon. Just wasn't up to par. We showed up, were told there was a wait but they didn't or couldn't give us a wait time. I'm guessing it was 30-40 minutes, but on a Friday night I think it was very reasonable. The manager kept us informed. Check the menu, military are offered a one time FREE cheeseburger meal! Overall a great experience! I LOVED THIS BAR!
Had to get pictures under the outdoor sign at entrance first! Musics on weekends live band heard is always good. We came on Sunday and ate at bar just to make a check in stop while here. I’ll definitely come back - all the food looked and smelled really good. Service at bar was very attentive!
Toby Keith’s is excellent. In old Bricktown a few blocks from baseball stadium. Good parking, excellent staff prices are reasonable. Selections cover everyone’s taste and proportions are extremely large. Service is reasonable fast
Stopped here for lunch while visiting Oklahoma City. It was some of the best service I have had ! The management was present and very concerned about making sure we had good service. The waiter was also exceptional. We had burgers and they were delicious. I had the Toby Keith burger and my daughter had the All American . Yummy! We had queso and salsa and chips for our appetizer. So good ?! Would most definitely go back .
Great place to eat - food was delicious and service was amazing. The only thing was the fried okra was a bit over done. Music of course was the best, but not super loud, so we could hear each other talk. The waiter was perfect, he asked all the right questions and served us well. Thank you, if we come back that way, we will be sure to eat here.
We had a great lunch at Toby Keith's. Portions were huge even for lunch size entrees. My husband had the country fried steak and it took up the whole plate pretty much and remember this is the lunch portion. I had a burger that was juicy and piled high with toppings. Definitely recommend a visit. Service was superb and atmosphere was fun.
Food was good. We had cat fish, now it and tartar sauce was great. SALAD & SOUP WERE GOOD TOO. Best corn bread I've had in a long time! Everything else was just "average" I'm sorry to say, cole slaw wasn't great, green beans were just okay. Maybe we ordered the wrong items off the lunch menu. Others had chicken fried steak looked great with gravy and mashed potatoes!
My new favorite place to get a steak. I always liked Toby Keith and he sure gets my respect for creating a supurb dining experience. O had to try his signature salad dressing. I could drink it its so good. I chose a ribeye and baked potato for my entree. Look in my pic at that fine cut of meat cooked just like i ordered...medium. check me out eating it. Put a smile on my face and joy in my belly. The baked potato was surprising good. Not dry and was rolled in just the right amount of salt. Double butter for me of course. No extra charge. And what a surprise a wedge of cornbread came on the plate. You got to come try it. So i finished and considered ordering the same exact meal again. Cute waitresses and handsome staff. All kind and friendly. I love this bar and grill. 100 Toby Keith. Thank you.
I must admit that I visited for dinner with my son and had very high expectations! Unfortunately, the food was way overpriced, and on the night of our visit, the food was very mediocre. The best part of our visit was the live music. The entertainer was excellent. If you just want to hang out, have a few drinks and listen to music, this is your place. $28 for a non seasoned bland sirloin, go somewhere else.
