The only complaint I have is when ordering through the drive thru, the menu needs to have a number system. The names of the different bowls sound a like and orders can get mixed up easily. Too confusing.Otherwise, the bowls are amazing and customer service is very friendly and accommodating

Looking for a healthier, end of the night snack and stumbled across SurfBar! Kind from the time I entered the store. Due to pandemic, I opt to wait outside for my order, and the the ladies delivered to me. Pitaya Bowl (Delicious Dragonfruit mix), was ON POINT! Bowl was FULL of fruit, granola and deliciousness. Worth the $8-$9 charge. First time visiting, forever customer!

When I went today, the place was not sanitary at all. The employees were not wearing masks, even though we are literally in the midst of a pandemic. They touched their phone, their Starbucks drink, and other things without changing their gloves or anything, and then they would go back and touch strawberries and make our bowls. This is not ok at all.The bowls themselves were good... but I’ve had better smoothies elsewhere.
