We had their signature dish, fried chicken along with mashed potatoes and green beans. The food was terribly bland. The whole chicken (8 pieces) was $18 and came with one biscuit. Additional biscuits were $1.25 each. The mashed potatoes were $4.00 and the green beans were $5.00. Although I consider the prices a little high it would have been fine had the food been good

I really wish I could give this place a better rating, because the waffle was amazing, but I can't. Sadly, we came in on a day when all of the staff was late, and didn't close properly the night before. I know this, because we heard the boss reprimanding staff as they came in.I can only assume that is why the chicken was tasteless and our drinks were poorly made.

The Drum Room is my go-to when friends come to town or I want to take someone to lunch. My teenage daughter even asks to go there. The food is always great and even in these trying times the staff is friendly and competent. The chicken nachos are my thing!

Came in to pick up an order not started on, customer comes in trying to dine in and was turned away being told their kitchen is closed. Wait time was 15 min plus enough to write this review. Kitchen staff just walking back and forth back there, very confusing and frustrating experience. One of the staff members Danny was highly rude, said the customer can pick it up if they need to. She also appears to be the manager as she is getting other complaints here. Cook actually comes out to eat his own meal before finishing mine. Lol

We were a lil early for a Sunday, & they were ready with a menu & Sat is right away. Luv the light fixtures made from drums, all shapes & sizes. I'm sure it's a hopping lil juke joint when some picks up the bongos I spied tucked away. Neal has never had chicken & waffles & even tho we shared an order w/mashed potatoes & gravy...he still hasn't. Really good waffle!!!! Chicken seasoned great, & as you can we'll see on pic, we enjoyed it thoroughly.

The one star is honestly generous. We were seated next to a group of people having very vulgar, very LOUD discussion.. which isn’t the restaurant’s fault, but anyway.. Our waitress was very inattentive. She walked past us numerous times after asking for a refill. Walked past us numerous times without ever checking in after waiting forever for food. Our meals consisted of what tasted like instant mashed potatoes that had been sitting out for a while, topped with a very greasy, tough chicken fried steak. My husband ordered a waffle and it wasn’t even a whole one.. the waitress sat it down and just said “we’re running out of mix” and walked off. Took forever to get our bill, and while we were waiting we watched another table behind us go get the waitress because they hadn’t been checked on so they could order. Just overall bad experience. We were excited to try it, but this is definitely our first and last visit.

I believe our waitress name who was also the bartender taking care of the entire restaurant at lunch was Milla. I’m a restaurant owner of 30 years. Covid has been a horrible time. She was amazing in a very stressful situation. Our food was all awesome with plenty of it. Definitely coming back here and bringing friends and family. I’m hoping the owner realizes what a great employee the waitress is and I was shocked to see the recent bad review when I got on to review. Not sure it’s reliable.David. Advice if you want it. And like myself, you probably don’t but not all bad reviews demand a personal phone call much less a second chance to become a customer. Often they are just returning headaches. Your staff was awesome in the front and back! Thank you

So hard to give this place a low rating the bar tender and Ashley's were great! The chicken fried steak was at best a 3 I can cook better than that not even trying! So to go to get a great cfs and get that was very disappointing! The atmosphere and front of the house workers are great whoever's cooking need to be replaced before they run every one off! And smile it's free! Nobody that worked there smiled at all!

The drum room was soooo yum! Big portions and great food options, and a cool patio vibe. The fried okra (my Fav) was Big Juicy with the perfect amount of breading! A New To Go spot! Oh and the margaritas were just $7 each! WINNING! Photos updated! Back again! Still yummy! Still hot and fresh!

My husband and I walked out of this restaurant just now. We had been patiently waiting on our food…35 minutes into our wait the table behind us was seated. Add 15 more minutes and the table behind us went up to complain about not having their food… mind you we still have NO FOOD. We see the young waitress coming with food…past us to the booth behind us. We are typically easy to please… but c’mon! 1 hour in and no food!! This was our first and last visit. One waitress… sweet girl… two people in the kitchen and a room full of hungry patrons! Making of a really bad experience. Our waitress apologized and said it wasn’t her call to serve the other patrons first… clearly, whoever made that call should re-evaluate their business practices.
