We arrived shortly after 12 today, looking for a good meal. We had reserved a table on our way and we’re seated quickly. They seated us in a booth near the bar; but it quickly became apparent that servicing a meal order took second place to the people seated at the bar. Drink refills could only be rarely accomplished.We had a handicapped child with us and she was thirsty. I finally saw the manager and I wanted to give him some feedback and let him know about our experience. Unfortunately he didn’t want to hear about it and his only comment was “she usually handles this entire area on a Saturday morning”.News flash: it was Saturday afternoon and she needed some help. This was a poor experience.
Good food great steaks n ribs
The rolls are delicious and service was great. Our meals had a great flavor and serving portions are plentiful. We will definitely be back soon.
Getting here to dinner was different to say something. But it wasnt about the food. That was acceptable, maybe even lame. Lo remarkable was the way how an army of teenagers run the place were customers are treated like flock. From the door were you are order to wait outside in 20 degrees were you have to beg for a seat thru ghe window, to the table werenyou wait and waiy while these kids run from table to table ignoring you until you forget what you need. Oh, the food was, like I said ok, but that is not what I remember.
Unfortunately the restaurant was so popular that it takes about 30-45minutes before you can get a seat if you don't make reservations. But once inside it's well worth the wait. The staff was great and food was on point. We enjoyed our evening and we will be returning. Only complaint I have is that they should pick up the bathrooms more frequently.
Can't say enough good things .they were super packed.. wait was only 01 mins.. waitress was excellent.. I has the red chili ( to die for with a side salad)My hubby had the ribeye.. EXCELLENT.. will go again when we pass thru again.. ps picture is fried pickles
I come to this location often. The last two trips we’ve made have been extremely underwhelming and honestly I’ve felt unwelcome both times. Tonight my son wanted to eat here for his 9th birthday. We’ve always loved the birthday celebrations at Texas Roadhouse. Upon telling our waitress that it was my sons birthday, she informed me that they no longer do the birthday song but still do desserts. To me meaning he would get a complimentary dessert at the end of his meal. Throughout our dinner our server was very underwhelming and seemed to hate being there. I made it a point to be extra thankful and smile big but no matter how hard I tried to make sure she knew I appreciated her, she made me feel like a bother. She brought us our checks before even asking about the birthday dessert, which I didn’t mind too much because we did have a big party and it could’ve easily been forgotten so I requested that we get his birthday dessert. She then proceeded to tell me that it would cost after previously telling me they did a birthday dessert without mentioning a cost and too my knowledge of visits on past birthdays the dessert has never been extra on a birthday. This is my sons favorite restaurant but the service as of late is really beginning to ruin our love for Texas Roadhouse. The staff here seriously needs to work on their ability to make a customer feel welcomed.

Our server was fantastic...food was delicious. We did have a mix up with our reservation so the wait was an extra hour for us but it was worth it!!
Good steaks and great butter corn I always get it as one of my sides for my main dish.I love this place. Though you should get the Texas roadhouse app so you can get on the waiting list easier and faster. This is one of my favorite places to eat at and i highly recommend the ribs always fall off the bone ,a 10/10 every time I visit!
