Over priced for a lack luster food. First of all Don't order the fried rice bc it was Soggy Rice!!! I'm sorry but that fried rice was horrible. I'm Asian and I know fried rice!!! Too much water when making it and use day old rice......the best way to make it. Also for the salmon... for a piece that small it could've been cooked fresh...just saying. It was over cooked!!! Also the tea tasted funny and the diet pepsi was just carbonation. The saving grace was the young man who took our order who super nice. I'm debating now if I'm looking forward for the one in Midwest City opening bc I live near there. I was excited when I saw the sign bc I love teriyaki but now I'm not so sure ?
Fantastic food, generous portion sizes and not that pricey. Reminds me of a place I ate at in Washington
I thought it was pretty good for a fast food option. The service was good the young lady was friendly and consistently smiling as she helped us.
Maaaaaaaaan, I could not advocate enough for this place about a month ago. The food was delicious. The chicken was perfectly cooked and seasoned, the fried rice was fantastic, and the vegetables - oh lawd the veggies were cooked to absolute perfection; not to mention the place was clean and the front staff was friendly. Seemingly the best place to eat with extremely reasonable prices too!But. Now. I don't even know what happened. It's like they fired everyone that worked here and replaced them with people who couldn't care less. The past 2 times I've come here the food was... edible but barely. The chicken now comes with a side of thick char on every bite, the rice tastes old, and the veggies taste like they were dunked in water and tossed into your bowl, water and all. The front staff now looks at you like you're there just to bother them, and they sigh heavily after every order. Not to mention the bathrooms are no longer kept up with. Found a dead cricket in there the last time I was there, and if thats what they'll allow you to see i shudder to think of what their kitchen is like.This place is just bad now, take your 10.00 elsewhere.
Stopped by this location for a late lunch. Ordered Chicken Teriyaki Yakisoba style. It was good, wasn't great but good. Tons of liquid in my bowl, nothing that was sticking to my noodles or chicken. The Chicken was good tad dry, veggies were good. Soda machine was out of order, asked for Tea instead, was told "they're all on the same machine so they had no tea either". Which didn't make sense since they were individuals Tea Tanks. Ok, good ole Fountain Water it is. Sadly, the floor was dirty, noodles around tables, but there was no one but my Wife and I in here. Then I saw the front counter girl on her phone watching videos, I get it, young people are busy! The Crab Ragoons were amazing!! And the Teriyaki at the table was really good. Overall it wasn't bad, just was hoping for a little more magic and TLC.
Overpriced rice bowl that was a large disappointment. I have been here twice and had two different experiences. Both times the service was good, but my meals differed. First experience was great food, i had noodles as the base with beef as the topper. Recommend. The second i got spicy chicken over rice and it was a disappointment. Bland, the veggies had no flavor, and the rice was overcooked . For the price, i feel the meals are a bit expensive but you could do worse with your money.
Love Teriyaki Madness! The food is always fresh and full of flavor!! This place is always clean with plenty of tables to sit. The employees taking your order are very patient and help you out with the menu if you're unfamiliar with it.
OVERPRICED! Ordered a Jr. chicken power bowl. It was about the size of a small cereal bowl. I was okay with the portion, but it was mostly cabbage and about 15% protein. The worst part was that an item that was just over $6 on the menu became over $12 with a medium drink and ordering it as a "power" bowl.
Most horrible customer service ever, the employee was soo rude and had the absolute worst attitude. I was very happy in a great mood and so kind to her I told her when we came in it was our first time there that I didn't know much and had a few questions about food and prices. And she just had the ABSOLUTE WORST ATTITUDE!! Mad me feel so unwelcome and like my business wasn't wanted. And even rolled her eyes and snapped at me when I told her the syrup was out in the pop machines on multiple sodas. I wanted to cancel my order so bad. I will NEVER BE BACK!
Best experience by FAR. The girl taking my order was so nice and patient with me taking forever to order. Short blonde hair, glasses. I will definitely be back.
