Time to bull doze this location and sell the dirt. Always dirty, run down and new people that don’t know squat. Messed up orders every time.
Ridiculous!!!! Ordered 2 muchacos and a combination burrito. Burrito was nothing but tortilla. No red sauce and like a few slivers of cheese. Called store 11 times and no answer. Submitted an email to corporate as well. If I could give negative stars I would!!!! Won't let me post pictures of the food
Terrible place to eat... judging by the reviews it's known to be bad for various reasons. There are much better places to eat tacos for sure. The $4 taco I got wasn't worth 50 cents...
went through drive through and they gave me a wrong order… if the female would actually take pride in her job AND LISTEN when people place orders maybe i’d have the correct food right now. but i don’t. so thanks
Service was horrible! The person that came on the speaker was rude before I could get my order request out. They applied my coupon incorrectly.. over charged me and I DIDNT GET WHAT I ORDERED! Never getting my money again.. a few months ago they food was cold. 2nd time it was a disaster! Poor workmanship! If you can’t handle your job find another one! Called corporate the phone number didn’t work. Called the store the number was busy for over 45 minutes!!!!!
At this Taco Bueno, our order was correct. Service was courteous and quick, food tasty but fillings or ingredients not added to the level one would hope. Overall, just glad order was correct and tasty as Taco Bueno on May, north of 63rd, NEVER, in multiple visits (7+) got our order correct despite saying they checked for all items, and taste was stale and often had little ingredients or fillings.
The food was decent Taco Bueno. But the guy working the drive through was a little pushy even though there were no cars behind me and when we went inside to use the restroom the whole place smelled of fecal matter. Though I must say, the food was just as good as any other good Taco Bueno and they got our order right so You can't mark them off for that.
This has to be the worst location there is. The day time employees all have bad attitudes and act like they hate life. None of them act like they want to be there. They are miserable people and training on customer service needs to be done again.
HAIRY TACOYes our taco had a dark curly hair right at the end. Thankfully we noticed it before taking a bite, unfortunately we consumed the other two tacos before discovering the hairy taco.Up to this point this location was my wife's favorite location in Edmond. Apparently someone didn't like working the night shift on January 2nd around 8:50 p.m.If you feel like chancing it by going to this location, it's best to go during the day and not at night.
Stood in the lobby waiting to order we noticed a bug...turned out to be a roach. When we were leaving, cause we definitely werent eating there we saw 4 more just walking from the counter to the door. Nasty place wont be back
