It was overall good service. But during my time there I lost my wallet and it's been about a week now. I went back the next day and the following weekend, I've called there number and it only asks me to input a remote access code?? I just wish someone would get back to me about this problem
i give it a 5 because i love this place but i would only give it a 3 for customer service, i made reservations and they were very happy to take my money , but when it came down to the day of the reservation, they didn’t even put me on the list , so they improvised sat me at a table that wasn’t even big enough for my party, I paid for a party of eight and got a table for a party of three I also paid for champagne which I did not get. when the rest of my party showed up they had trouble even getting in because they didn’t even put me on the list after I had already showed up. The next day when I had message them back explaining my concerns and how upset I was they didn’t read my message for a few days and even then they didn’t even offer me any of my money back nor an apology. so be cautious win making reservations here
