My ribs were a little dry but still super delicious! Husband had the catfish dinner and really enjoyed it! The gentleman taking the orders at the front and our server really made this a five star experience though. Adaria was excellent taking care of us at our table!
Sometimes I dislike supporting this business because of the Foggy Bottom Kitchen controversy, but dang they get it right every time! Their prices are a little steep, like everything else, but it's always good! The Turkey is always moist and their sides are to die for. Salad bar also gets an A+ in my book- and that's coming from a very anti-salad-at-restaurants kinda girl. ?
If you haven’t stopped here for BBQ, you’re missing out. This is some top of the line food. We’ve ate at Foggy Bottom and loved that food, this beats that by miles!I got burnt ends, with French fries and mac & cheese. My wife had the burnt ends sandwich and double fries. She said it was very filling!
Outstanding food, service, and atmosphere!!!! My wife and I split the Oklahoma Plate and still had food left over. Don't know how they can serve so much and still be in business. The wait staff was friendly, courteous, and even joked a bit.

The highest proclaim average bbq/smokehouse in Oklahoma. Mediocre at the most. Expect to pay above average for meals that come with less, and pay extra for a balance portion. This place charged 2 dollars extra for chopped brisket. Even though the platter was chopped brisket platter. How are you going to charge an additional surcharge on said listed menu price? I would have given an honest 4 starts if the flavors were stronger, more, original, and If you could actually taste the smoke house flavor you would expect for the price, or if it the price was 30% less. 5 stars if it would live up to the reputation the locals brag about. (Eaten at several locations, same flavor across the chain.)
I love the food here. There is good variety around their barbecue theme. Service is excellent as well. You order at the counter and after that the servers are very attentive and timely in delivering your meal experience. I go there as often as I get the chance.
Normally have a wonderful experience at Swadleys. Always great food. Pre-ordered food prior day. Was not ready when I arrived, which is not a big deal. Its a busy season. Sat and watched my food be packaged by an employee with no gloves. All the other preparers were wearing gloves. Talked with a female manager and asked that the employee put gloves on. She acknowledged my request but said nothing to the employee. The employee walked by and I asked her to put gloves on…she did not. Talked to another employee, as well as the manager on duty. This should not have even been an issue. All the food handlers were wearing them. Virus season is RAMPANT right now. Completely unacceptable and the managers and assistant managers on duty need to be accountable for the employees on duty. Very disappointing.
Great food, great service, great atmosphere! I stop in everytime I'm near one of their restaurants. I highly recommend giving them a try!
