Horrible! The owner is so incredibly rude. We will not be back and will not recommend to anyone.
Walked in to grab a quick roll to go, and was astonished to see not a single price on their menus. Rolls seemed a bit odd, and when I looked up to the chef who impatiently tapped on the desk as I looked over the menu in front of them, being quite selective, I told them I could not decide. Hoping to be given a suggestion on a good roll, I was instead shown the door with a gesturing hand. Thanked them for my time and went my way. There’s a pretty good sushi spot in a gas station in Del City. Think I’ll head over there and get on that.
Literally the worst experience ever have never dealt with such rude and hateful service in my life. AWFUL. The lady at the front was the most hateful woman I have ever dealt with. We came in with the former sushi chef of Yokozuna and he couldn’t believe the treatment we received!!!
Similar experience as others that left single star reviews and can attest to the rudeness of the hostess/waitress/owner. The sushi was decent or maybe just distracted by the temperature of the restaurant finally less the surface of the sun. After dinner, my wife and I left without any major complaints worthy of leaving a review. The next day I noticed that Ive misplaced my credit card so I called the restaurant to inquire about leaving it behind. The lady I spoke to offered absolutely no help and didn’t attempt to investigate. When explaining my situation (the only place we traveled that evening) her response,”NO YOU DIDNT.” I am not accusing the restaurant of stealing my card, just wanted to check if I forgot it in the receipt book. Being a former restaurant owner, I was appalled and understand that customer service is key to a successful business.
My son discovers this gem while going to HS and we have been going ever since. He is now 30. We have tried other sushi places and they just don’t measure up to this place. The lady at the front has always been pleasant towards us. But we don’t come here for the people we come for the great sushi. Those that get their feeling hurt because the hostess doesn’t bow down and kiss their behind, either grow some skin or don’t go there. Or you can always take it to go. The menu has the prices listed unless you ask for something off the menu then of course it’s going to be a different amount. Do the math in you head. It’s that simple. I have never been over charged. We go every month and will continue to go till they decide to close and retire. Our sushi was amazing. Great flavor and fresh. All hand rolled. We didn't realize we needed an appointment but someone had cancelled so we were able to walk in. Glad we did. Must try if you're a Sushi fan. The next time I'm getting Yummy Yummy. It was recommended after we ordered. But will definitely return to try others!
As others have stated previously, the lady in the front is terrible. She is extremely rude and unprofessional. She demanded a tip when paying and I told her absolutely NOT!
DO NOT GO HERE 0 STARS IF I COULD !!! That lady in front is awful, the last 2 times I’ve went she over charged me, and today I ordered 3 rolls and she charged me 62$ and when I asked for a receipt with the individual prices she just hand wrong me a note and told me to give her a tip . I left her no tip because she wouldn’t give me a receipt and she got all hateful. I will never be back again FTB and her store. Me and my family have gone there many times and her customer service is continually disrespectful and unprofessional. NEVER GO HERE!!!
For people saying they run up their prices your ticket literally has the $ amount for each roll you pick. Service was nice and the sushi was great quality. Enjoyed my visit.
if I could give 0 stars I WOULD the food is good but the lady is TERRIBLY rude!! She over charges you makes you give her a tip and gets mad if you don’t eat ALL your food! If you go anywhere you should never be treated like this or charged this much! It’s RIDICULOUS I don’t suggest this at ALL! I have much more to say but I don’t want to waste my time!! DO. NOT. GO. HERE.
