I shouldn’t have to be late to work everyday because it takes me 30 min to get coffee in a drive thru. Here now and there were 4 cars in front of me. 20 min later there is 2 cars in front of me. I am late all the time because I love the coffee. But they dont move quick enough. It’s a shame. Thinking of trying scooters instead. I hear they are super quick and delicious.
Good food and good drinks but good lord this is the worst managed place I have ever been to. Eight employees working at 1pm and four of them just stand around watching the other four mess up orders. It took them six tries to input my order and I was still served the wrong thing. If you get frustrated easily this is not the place for you.
NAVY & MIRAH & THE REST OF THE STAFF IS AMAZING. I had a horrible experience 30 minutes earlier at Starbucks where they basically made me wait for a simple order and then said they were out of the item & then didn't even offer a refund....well I decided on Stella Nova and the folks behind the counter heard my story and went above and beyond to make sure I got an ice coffee. Always have a great experience here and the employees make me feel welcomed....unlike some greedy corporate coffee chains...
We love going to Stella! They're just as friendly, kind, quick in the drive thru, and delicious like the one in Norman we visit too! Great job you guys! Keep up the awesome work! I will always recommend going here over Starbucks any day.
Stopped by for a cup prior to a long drive and it was a packed parking lot but we parked next door and walked in - no wait, left within 10 mins and was a solid choice. staff was very friendly, they have food and shirts but did not eat.
StellaNova is great as a brand - it’s like the Starbucks of OKC.This location specifically is great because of its location on Western, always great staff (not rude, but not overly sappy and too over the top friendly), and also ample sitting room inside.All of the locations in town have great vibes, but this one takes the coffee cake.
Good mocha hazelnut crème latte. Good atmosphere. Friendly staff.
The wait for the coffee was abnormally long.. estimated at about 20-25 minutes inside. Once we got our coffees on of them was wrong and came out without creamer in it. So we asked them if we could add creamer to it since it was wrong and they told us we would need to be charged for the drink again. Just an overall bad experience for us here.Trying to support local, but should have just ended up going to Starbucks
I love everything about Stella Nova. Hands down one of the best coffee shops in town. I really hope one day the will expand further west into the city. There are coffee lovers over here too!
This last experience by far my worse at a coffee shop. I watched the girl give me the bottom of the pot even tipping the container to get the last bits and couldn’t fill my cup. I wasn’t that upset but then that on top of waiting 40+ minutes for a pre made spinach pastry was annoying. I didn’t even get it after asking twice so I just left. Basically 6 dollars for a stale small coffee. Probably will never go back. I’ve gone here twice a week for about a year (drive thru only usually cause parking is so bad and wait time is average). If they had consistent service I’d continue going there.
