ALWAYS friendly, even first thing in the morning!!! And they always get my order correct. They are also one of the fastest drive-thru lanes I have found for a Starbucks.
I finished my drink and was about to leave, but I needed to use the restroom first. One was occupied, the other was out of toilet paper. I told the redheaded lady working the counter that there was no toilet paper in the restroom. 6:15pm, there was no one ordering coffee, so the employees were just cleaning. She said, "OK, I'll get that when I'm done with this." I stood there waiting like I hadn't just drank a venti coffee and had to pee like a racehorse. She looked back up at me from wiping the machine down and very snotty-like said, "Is there something ELSE you need?" I said "No, just really have to pee, and I'm not going to drip dry". And she went back to cleaning her machine. I've been coming here twice a week for several weeks while our usual location is under construction, but I think tonight will be the last time. I spoke with the lady I take care of who was with me... The toilet paper had been out TWO HOURS EARLIER when she went to the restroom. Bathroom had wadded up toilet paper on the floor, pee on the seats... But at least that coffee machine was squeaky clean ?
Lots of tables for visiting with friends or working. There is a good patio with shade too. The team is always friendly.

By far my favorite Starbucks in Oklahoma, and I've been to every single one. I can count on getting my drink right the first time. The staff is always more than happy to serve you. The secret behind my drink is to order through the app. 50 stars can get you a Cafe misto with as many add ins you want, your welcome ☺. Keto is possible with sugar free vanilla syrups, heavy cream, coconut, and almond milk.
Was here 9/25 morning. We ordered a coffee with half and half and waited over ten minutes while people who got there after us were served. When I checked in with a barista she was super rude about it and refused to check on the order. Several more minutes went by so I asked a nicer looking barista and she was also rude. Bad service for the second or third time so I won’t be back. Very disappointed because it’s close to my house.
I get a Starbucks every day. I’ve been a loyalty member since conception. I have been getting more and more disenchanted with the Starbucks by my house by the day. I realize it is hard to get people to work. They’ve had a major turnover. That is not the point I want to make at this time. I love coffee. I get the same thing every day. I had to switch to nonfat milk. I am on a strict diet and counting every calorie. I went to Starbucks today to order my usual which is a grande size. I was told they could not do a grande size because they did not have that cup size in stock. I was told that I should order a tall or a Venti. I asked if I could have the grande size in a Venti cup and they replied no. This is not the way you treat a loyalty number. I realize there are supply constraints but you should try to make your customer happy. I should not have to pay for a larger size drink if I do not want one. And I should not be forced to drink a smaller drink when I look forward to this every day.I do like Starbucks coffee however I am not opposed to trying Scooters which is not as convenient but I have noticed multiple locations in the city. I will probably do that as soon as I use up the money on my loyalty card.I will say I decided to drive to the Starbucks in Nichols Hills Plaza and they do have grande size cups. They also have plastic straws which I prefer. I feel like the customer should be given a choice between paper or plastic straws. I will not be ordering coffee from the Starbucks at May Avenue and Grand Boulevard anymore.
