I ordered a TALL, my daughter ordered a Venti. Mine came out small....I said something about it and the rude kid that was working the drive thru said "That's a tall" long story short...Starbucks needs to learn what Tall means, it does not mean "short" needless to say, this is my first and last trip to Starbucks...Folgers taste 100 times better and Tall means Tall.
I ordered online today. Got some drinks and a chicken caprese sandwich. My sandwich was folded up and all the meat was on one side of the sandwich.
I cannot say enough good stuff about how friendly and cheerful the employees are. I always get a Carmel ribbon crunch *extra crunch * and I keep coming back! Always good vibes and great coffee ?
Drive thru lime was way too long so I went inside and was in and out quickly.
At the Starbucks, across the road from the Ryder Truck Company in OKC off of Freeway 40, ordered 2 sandwiches that were hot on the outside and had ice in the middle. I went back around to the window to ask for a reheat and they offer 2 new sandwiches. I asked them to heat them (Open Face), which I believe is Starbucks term, so that the center would heat as well. The new sandwiches they gave me were colder than the 2 I originally received. If you're gonna raise the prices "Starbucks" at least provide quality service.
You know what's awesome. Going to pick up a mobile order and having to wait 20 minutes in the drive thru because the managers are too lazy to clean the lobby or even do curbside pickup.
Fair. Went thru drive thru. Had to repeat order 3 times. Waited at window 5 min or more before someone ask me if I had paid, no acknowledgement that I was there. Order was given in tiny sac which broke. Only kids working who don't care.
Awesome baristas! Clean store. Super efficient with our pick up app order. So friendly and accommodating!
Don’t order online from there!! You’ll go there 20 minutes after you order then wait there for 10 minutes till they ask you and then start working on your order keeping in mind the store is not busy!!! I was so late for where I was going! Didn’t get my drinks cuz I was already late and had to leave and they didn’t even start on my order!! Awful service will stay away from this store!
I waited 18 min for my cup of Mocha. Dont go inside, they ddf onto care about counter customers time. Use the Drive thru ONLY.
