Visited Starbucks on SW 74th and Penn during my lunch. Its usually a treat as I don't go very often. However, today's visit was awful. The staff were stressed, rude and acted as though they hated their job and the customers. I didn't mind waiting as they were busy, but when I got my drink my phone was ringing so I didn't taste my frappuccino until I had left.. I ordered a Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frap, but it didn't taste right. It was watered down and I didn't taste caramel, whipped cream or coffee. It tasted like water with a hint of coffee. I 've never received such a poorly made drink at Starbucks.

Terrible service, waited 50 minutes for coffee while employees socializing. 15 of us waiting for our order ahead coffee and not even the manager seems to care. I’m sure it was shift change but do you really think it’s a good idea for staff to be walking out in the middle of a rush???Oh, and the drinks were made wrong.

Girl behind the counter was extremely rude, and our iced coffee was terrible. Walked out and through it away, and will never be back!! This is the last Starbucks that will ever get a dime from me!!

Just stopped in today for a little treat. Much to my surprise their cashier was very much put off that I only had cash to pay with. They were out of the ingredients to make what I originally asked, which was fine. Decided to go with the something else and it is probably the worst Frappuccino I’ve ever had. Starbucks I would definitely work on your customer service as well providing a product with paying for. Thanks for hiring people who do not care to work!

Was picking up an order for my fiancé. 1 Venti iced coffee, 1 Tall hot, 1 bacon sandwich, 1 sausage sandwich. We ordered through the app and I waited inside for the order to be done. Several minutes have passed when they finally asked what I had ordered. They have given our order to another person so I was forced to wait even longer. Just out of curiosity I waited to see how long it would take them so I stood there waiting. 20 minutes passed when a guy asked what I was waiting on and I told him “2 sandwiches, a bacon and sausage.” He pulls them from the side that had been made almost 30-35 minutes prior and gives them to me. Not only did they mistake my order, they gave me cold sandwiches, and made my hot coffee an iced. This was by far the worst experience I have had. Disney worlds Starbucks (which is far more busy) was 20x better and customer friendly. Never got an apology or any good customer service. I hope your service is better than mine.

The line was very long in the drive through. It wrapped around the building, but the employees were fast and our wait was relatively shirt. Our order was correct and the employee at the window was quite friendly.

i ordered a frappuccino and an iced espresso and it took them 25 minutes to make it. there were only two people inside the store. workers didn’t seem like they wanted to work lol. the frappuccino tasted like ice and sugar and i couldn’t taste coffee or caramel

Friendly staff. My usual is venti iced coffee, three pumps of white mocha, and a little milk. For some reason, most Starbucks don't get it right. However, they did here and it was good!!

They handed me a grande drink that was not even 3/4 of the way full and we’re like ummmm do you want a new one? Obviously or I would have ordered a tall. Then waited ten minutes for them to bring me the new one.

Turned in a mobile order and pulled through the drive thru one minute before the estimated time on the app. Got told it would be 20 minutes because the tickets come through in order and they wouldn't make ours yet. Waited the full 20 minutes, an additional 11 minutes past the estimated time on the app and they were extremely rude about it.
