It seems like the staff is more worried about policing the restrooms then serving their customers I just seen them turn away a pregnant woman asking to use the bathroom. And I waited for over 20 minutes for my caramel frappe I think it was like 10 minutes into it she finally started the process. A black girl with nose rings took my order was very rude.
I love Starbucks and always have but this location makes terrrrrrriblllee drinks. Not sure how it’s so different from other locations but this is my second time here— decided to try them again and got the new honey almond milk flat white and it’s tasted HORRIBLE. Very very strong chemical taste- almost like fingernail polish remover. My husband got a mocha frap and it’ was so watery. Almost no flavor at all.. we just threw both drinks away ?I went 4/18 around 3:15pm.
Asked the guy working the window if he could put more caramel in. He expressed in a passive aggressive way that it may have fell to the bottom but I mean I could add more. Yea like I said before there was barely any in there. I saw the attitude and decide…nope. Not today and pulled. Won’t go back to that one. Bless his heart.Give me the moneys worth especially since you charge for it! Coffee was bitter being cold brew and all
Great drink. Friendly people. The 4 stars are not because of the people or the drinks.. It is directly because the parking lot.. Drive threw is horrible.. Very dangerous.. I can't even use it because I drive. Pickup.. Getting in out parking lot us not much safer... People come out of the drive threw almost on a blind curve.. I don't know if it could be fixed but it should be looked into.. This place is super busy because it is located across from a hospital... Maybe a newer larger location??
Perfecto nice seating great wifi as always. They are getting a little controlling over the restrooms (now non-gender) however, I am sure they have their reasons. Be well!
Site says they close at 9 we pulled up at 645 and they were all walking out. Quiet a shame my SO is pregnant and needed a coffee and this really bummed her out.
Service was beyond slow. I was at the counter over 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged my presence. Waited about 25 minutes to get the travel jug of coffee. The staff was nice, maybe understaffed?
This Starbucks I visited on NW Expressway didn't not know how to make my drink nor did they have raspberry, I always get a Cotton Candy Frap, cause you see I hate coffee, but love my drink.

I always get a caramel frappe or a latte in the winter. This place has the best coffee.
